Personally, I doubt it will happen, but then again...this whole bizarro current regime is capable of anything! actually a pay freeze is OTAY by me- over half of any “pay raise” just goes right back to Uncle in higher taxes.
At the marginal rate, it’s better to just throttle back a bit ... take more vacation time .... ..and CUT BACK ON SPENDING AND DEBT.
