Sen. Jeff Bingaman is being called our worst border security threat. Angry Dona Ana County residents have branded the New Mexico Democrat's Organ Mountains-Desert Peaks Wilderness Act as "Bingaman's Bandit Boulevard" for proposing a 50-mile-long safe haven for Mexican drug runners -- and worse. John Hummer, former chairman of the Greater Las Cruces Chamber of Commerce, reminded his community of the no-motorized-vehicle clause in wilderness laws. The Border Patrol can't patrol....
A U.S. Border Patrol document obtained by The Examiner shows the nationality and number of OTMs arrested last year. A few samples: Afghanistan (12); Indonesia (95); Iran (42); Iraq (42); Jordan (52); Saudi Arabia (6); Somalia (70); Yemen (22).

How long before Bingaman’s up for re-election?
His seems like a seat that could easily be taken - perhaps in 4 years by the new Republican Governor-elect?
Heather Wilson may be gunning for it, but hasn’t committed.
She’s not perfect, but a damn sight better than Jeff.
Ping.
My question is how many OTMs did not get caught, successfully invaded the USA and are now doing who knows what in our country?
Every mall in America is ripe for the picking on Black Friday. I pray to God for the safety of our country.
I think Heather would be fairly tough on security.

What is America? A country, an idea or both?
If the World Rulers were running the drug trade, then Bingaman would be working for the New World Order, wouldn’t he? Just a conspiracy theory. Or is it?
Have you seen Heather Wilson on the campaign trail? A dead cat is a better candidate. No, Heather is not going to bump off Jeff in this lifetime or the next.
But, she's surprised me before.
Friend of mine in NM is encouraging Gary Johnson to run against Bingaham in ‘12. Hadn’t thought of Heather Wilson. She would be a huge improvement.
I used to live in Bingaman’s home town, Silver City, NM. Old Jeff probably has to refer to a map to even find New Mexico — he’s been a member of the Washington elite for a long time.

Ah, more news on the “’Undocumented Commerce’ Protection Plan!”
My last communication was to tell him . . .
May God have mercy on his [fierce non-foul language words] . . . . soul for his support of the food bill.
That was in reply to his reply to my sterner initial communication.
I think it’s past time that we pray that God removes him from public life very emphatically and ASAP.
I presume that Bingaman will seek reelection yet again. Is there any chance that he will retire?
DemonRats never retire, even when ill — look at Kennedy and Byrd — in there until their death bed. On the other hand Republican’s like Domenici (yes he is a moderate but not a RINO) retired when his health got to the point that he didn’t think he could do the job and wanted to spend time with his family.
