Did the Vikings actually think they were going to go anywhere with Brett Farve as their quarterback this year?
To: MinorityRepublican
Some guys just don’t know when to hang it up.

The legend of Favre is dead, and Aaron Rodgers killed it.
Favre killed his own legend nearly a decade ago. Rodgers merely killed his legacy.

Nope - not by a long shot. Brett’s the best there ever will be. Chilly screwed the pooch - not Favre.

Did the Vikings actually think they were going to go anywhere with Brett Farve as their quarterback this year? They were going to win the Super Bowl...

Bretts the best there ever will be. So it's your contention that Favre is the best QB ever to play the game?
To: MinorityRepublican
Should have stayed home Brett!

Would have been a great story had he gone out at the end of last season.

What an amazing lack of grace this generation is witnessing these days.
So many entertainers, atheletes, and politicians etc cannot handle it.
What a shame.

I wish the stupid SOB would retire. The only thing he is doing his hurting his legacy.
I used to think he was a damn good quarterback, right up until the first time he retired then came back. After that, he has just turned into an attention whore.
I swear, I saw part of his post-game interview, and I thought he was going to start bawling.
What a damned embarrassment to professional football.

Don’t know why every one is dumping on Favre. Does Jared Allen have even one sack this year? The whole team is playing poorly and their best recivers are out. Their demise was to be expected.
