Sarah Palin says she is seriously considering a run for the White House, and she believes she could beat President Obama in 2012, the former Alaska governor told ABC News' Barbara Walters. "I'm looking at the lay of the land now, and ... trying to figure that out, if it's a good thing for the country, for the discourse, for my family, if it's a good thing," Palin said in an interview scheduled to air in full Dec. 9 on ABC as part of Walters' "10 Most Fascinating People" of 2010.

I think you may be right. But the alternative is Romney and who wants that - plus not sure he would win either. My guess is Obama wins again. Our side doesn’t have its act together to rally behind anyone. Given all that I am encouraged Palin may go for it and would support her unless someone else emerges. Not sure who that would be. Huck? No thanks.
“Can EACH of Mitts kids survive that microscopic rectal exam?”
I don’t think most Americans even knows their names.
“Thats pure ignorance,,im not voting for someone so their danged kids can become some sort of silly role models. Enough of the president as exalted royalty crap.”
If they are pushed in front of national TV every week then yes, they should be critiqued.
64% favorable for Newt Gingrich?? God help us.
That gentleman shooting is Rick Perry, governor of Texas.
Im proposing him as a very strong potential candidate for 2012. Possible running mate for Romney and that is one heck of a smokin’ ticket.
You think it’s only Palin or Romney?
Because that is what you reveal when you get on threads to stop her, you want to block her to advance your more establishment candidate, that is already calling for a surrender on social issues.
If she is the nominee - it could possibly be a 1964 like election and allow barry a second term, which we can’t afford.
Actually I favor Jim DeMint but somebody else already ran his ping list. Barbour to me would be a good candidate and is also a likely candidate so I started a ping list for him.
Dick
Im not in favor of Newt running. Too much baggage.
I look forward to the inauguration of President Palin.
And ill ask YOU again, you say we cannot win without taking the big blue states. And you are sure Sarah cannot do that. Im accepting your sage opinion now. Disagreement over,,SO please tell us,, who should we all back? Who could do it?
Or do you argue that we can’t win without the blues, and that nobody else we have can do it either?
Amen Glock.
Except Romney’s a lib. No strike that he’s a conservative. No he’s a lib. No he just became a conservative again. No wait!
So you like RINOs over conservatives. Are you in the right place?
The biggest political loser of all of the possibles, a single victory in 18 years of running, and he left office with a 34% approval and gave the seat to the Democrats.
Can Palin win? Of course.

Worse than it seems (2012 census favors GOP nominee)
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2622707/posts
For those who doubt Palin can win the 2012 Presidential elections, the census is about to change the landscape. and the change is going to massively benefit the GOP nominee, which will in all likelihood be Palin.
Take the States McCain won and add just six more (in each of which Obama’s numbers are in the toilet) and in each of which the GOP will have sitting governors: Florida, Ohio, North Carolina, Indiana, Virginia and Nevada. The GOP cleaned up, as did her endorsees, in all six states with the partial exception of Nevada where Harry Reid won narrowly but where the Dems lost the governorship badly.
That is 271 electoral votes and with them, Palin is President.
To the PDSers and the “Palin is unelectable” crowd, read ‘em and weep. At this point Palin has a clearer, less obstructed, path to the White House than Ronald Reagan had at this point in 1978.
You are not sane.
Never said that my brother. I said SHE could not win the NE or California.
wow you are serious. You like the snob elitist Romney ?
he tried to out liberal Teddy Kennedy to get elected in Mass. He is a snake oil salesman
