That is completely ridiculous. Name one state McCain carried against Obama that would flip to Obama in 2012 if he was matched against Palin. Texas, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Missouri? Did you watch the elections on Tuesday? For Obama, North Carolina, Virginia and Indiana are gone, as are Ohio and very likely Florida and Nevada. If Obama loses these six states that he carried in 2008, then he is out.

I can name you six that would very easily slip to Palin and which would make her President. There might well be more.
