Thank you....
It would be like me being drunk, and someone rear ending me, at 5MPH at a red light....And since I am drunk, my left foot hits the gas, instead of reacting and hitting the brake, causing me to drive into the intersection, broadsiding a car full of cub scouts, killing them all.
I wonder if this was the same Gold Honda that caused the crash at Area 51 back in 1947?
The guy had been drinking and likely drunk, the guy swerved into the oncoming lane and killed 5 innocent folks. Yes, it’s as simple as that.
I don’t care if it was a Gold Honda, a cow, a couple of rabbits screwing, or a vision of Obama’s second coming..... his actions killed these people, period.
Thanks! I have no sympathy for illegals, but this case isn’t that simple. I hope they find the driver that caused the horrible accident.
CHP said he reeked of alcohol and was arrested on suspension of DUI.
Question:
If the Mexican was drunk and or impaired by alcohol, could this have been a cause of him losing control of his vehicle, crossing the center line and killing the American bikers?
Yes or no?
all of this is irrelevant: this man is totally at fault.
Had he not been here ILLEGALLY, the accident wouldn’t have happened...
There will be a time very soon that people will start seeking justice on their own.
the made a statement that he “did not cause the accident”. Okay, but had he not been drunk, he may have been able to avoid having “over corrected” thereby running into the motorcyclists.
They were too quick IMO to say he was not at fault.
Are you drunk or just stupid....If he didn't sweave the wrong way, over correcting after driving onto the right shoulder, how in hell did he veer back left, losing control, crossing the center line, killing the bikers???
Quite a bit longer. 80 miles away.
I’m sure it is the preferred outcome. They don’t want to inconvenience Democrat voters.
Arguing with you is pointless. You refuse to accept the facts of the case. I’ve made it quite clear that I don’t exonerate the mezzican. But what would you do to avoid a head on collision” Obviously, you’re incapable of accepting the facts in this case. A drunk mezzican, that never would have hit the cyclists if a “gold honda” hadn’t forced him to react. Sheesh!
No offense, but your very ignorant individual, who has not a freaking clue what their talking about.
Tell me eastforker from Texas, how many formal collision investigations have you conducted in your life?
Hey doc....The Honda made the Mexican veer right to the shoulder...Honda passes, while alcohol smelling Mexican loses control over on the right shoulder, causing him to veer back right, crossing the center line into the bikers...
Is this so damn hard to understand?
The CHP arrested the Mexican for suspected of DUI due to him reeking of alcohol...
OMG....I saw your profile page.....You've been eating too much carp....LOL!
OMG....I saw your profile page.....You've been eating too much carp....LOL!
I am not wasting any more of my time with this epic ignorance!!
lol...
so he's to blame but the real instigator of this horrible incident is still on the loose....
Excuse me. I read that the guy was drunk. I read that he is a Mexican. I really didn't pay much attention to his name. I read that he was held for a while, and then let go. I read that he slammed into a group of motorcyclists. I don't even like motorcycles, but I do give them a very wide berth. I've also never hit any.
So maybe I just don't understand.

So according to the article he was not at fault. And yet he over corrected for an oncoming car.
Now if he was drunk then how can you say that had nothing to do with him over correcting?
