Recounts in the tight race for the 2nd District seat in Congress will take place on Wednesday and Thursday.
Republican challenger Renee Ellmers led seven-term incumbent Democrat Bob Etheridge by 1,489 votes, slightly less than 1 percent of all ballots cast, when vote totals were certified Friday. Etheridge immediately requested a recount.
The district comprises 10 counties, including all or parts of Harnett, Sampson, Cumberland and Lee counties. Each county will recount the ballots cast in its precincts. The counts will be conducted at various times on Wednesday and Thursday. The latest will take place in Lee and Wake counties, where recounts begin at 10 a.m. Thursday.
The Cumberland County recount begins at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday and will also revisit two close races for state House, one between Johnny Dawkins and Diane Parfitt and another between Jackie Warner and Rick Glazier.

We already know how this drill goes. During the course of the recount, a "missing" box full of ballots is mysteriously found. Lo and behold, the vast majority of those votes are for Etheridge who is quickly declared the winner. End of recount. Do NOT question it. That's how it goes so stand by for the usual drill.

They won’t be able to make up 1400 ballots. Ellmers has engaged legal help and will win this one.

How many Democrat votes will be found? One more than is necessary to win?
How many Republican votes will be found? 0?

A "missing" 1800 ballots will be "found." 1601 for Etheridge, the remainder for Ellmers. Etheridge quickly declared the winner by the North Carolina media. Anyone questioning of the results will declared a sore loser.
Don't you know that the Democrats ALWAYS win these recounts? That is the RULE.

This recount rule should be called the “Rossi Rule.”

Does the Sec'y of State happen to be Soros funded/elected?
If so, Chokin' Etheridge will "amazingly" have the votes to win.

Or the SOS may simply ‘deem’ Etheridge to have won.

One of these days a Democrat is going to be caught in the act of injecting fraudulent votes into a recount.
Will Etheridge be the one?

The MSM upon finding out about the “missing” votes to put Etheridge over the top will be like that guy from “Stalag 17” whose wife wrote him to say that she “found” a baby on her doorstep who just so happened to look just like her: “I believe it. I BELIEVE IT!”

North Carolina Secretary of State: Elaine F. Marshall...DEMOCRAT.
Okay, game over. Don't even bother with the recount. Let us now just declare Etheridge the winner without going through the usual "missing ballots" formalities.

Etheridge is definitely one that needs to GO. This is Mr. “Who are you” congresscritter who assaulted a citizen for no reason at all. He’s a drunk with a bad temper!!

If Etheridge and the 'Rats steal this, the 'Pub-controlled House will have a chance for payback of the 1984 8th Indiana district theft. Remember, the House makes it's own rules as to who is seated. In '84, the conservative 'Pub won both the election and recount, and was certified as the winner by the Indiana SoS. The 'Rats refused to seat him and conducted their own "recount", and, lo and behold, amazingly, their 'Rat candidate came out with the most "votes", and was seated.
I say, do the same thing here. If Etheridge and the 'Rats steal it, refuse to seat him and conduct our own recount, making it come out that Ellmers wins. Hey, turnabout is fair play. Give the 'Rats a taste of their own medicine. It's the only way this kind of crap is going to stop.

Etheridge needs to go but he will inevitably be declared the winner due to finding "missing" ballots that overwhelmingly favor him. Upon finding out that the North Carolina Secretary of State is a hard core DEMOCRAT, that was as good as certifying his election.
Haven't we been through this "Rossi Rule" drill many times before? It's almost getting boring.

Remember, the House makes it's own rules as to who is seated. Except when it's Adam Clayton Powell.

This is like a test run for 2012 just to see if they can continue to routinely steal an election via the "Rossi Rule." Once this is accomplished, the Democrats will have a GO to repeat the process many times over in 2012.
The "missing" ballots will be found in 5...4...3...2...

The margin here is nearly one full percent. The margin in the celebrated recount wars (Fla 2000, Gregoire, Franken)
was in the range of 1/50 of one percent or less. This margin will stand.

Madame Secretary of
Soros State, I have AMAZING news. Several shoeboxes chock full of ballots have been found which seem to overturn the results of the election!
(MSM eyes blink rapidly in feigned surprise.)
