On tonight's Geraldo Rivera show, he had on a couple of people purporting that 9/11 was an inside job because 'Fire Can't Melt Steel'. At least one was from 9/11 families (I do not know if it was one of the handful of anti-war 9/11 famil;ies or not).

Next thing you know, he will claim there is safe located at Ground Zero that he needs to open....
I know. We wouldn’t want to upset the apple cart now. People really need to trust this government. All hail the federal government!!! So what if they continue to steal from us and lie tus. Oh, and continue to ignore us while passing legislation that contantly whittles away from our freedoms. We expect no less from a government that cares for us, those loving federal coddlers!! They’d never do any such thing like stage an attack. We can’t live without them. I mean what would we do without the TSA and DHS??? OH THE HORROR!!! Only arabs are capable of crimes against Americans on our own land. TISK TISK.
Once those blasted handful of terrorists are punished we can all go back to holding hands, firing up our backyard grills, and singing sweet lullabies to our children. Peace at last. Our government told us so!

You’re talking about the trusses. That’s what supported the floors. The supporting steel columns formed the outside perimeters of both buildings. The heat softened the trusses on the uppers floors and gravity took care of the rest.
By your comments you seem to agree with Geraldo on this subject.

Before posting ridiculously ambiguous information on here by showing a graph which, albeit relevant to 5 floors vs 105 floors, it might be a good idea to actually read the NIST report cover to cover and get back to us on their findings.
I always laugh. People who spout that obviously have no clue about seismic reactions.. I am not a scientist but I thought when the Towers fell it was a pretty good size seismic event, also there were fires inside building seven..People are so little yellow bus special.

I only agree with Geraldo that the entire “official story” is a load of garbage. But don’t ask me, simply read the offical report by NIST, who cut the investigation short after they themselves could not get their own models to coincide with their official answer as to why the buildings fell to begin with.
I don’t agree with Geraldo that steel doesn’t melt. That’s a load of garbage because the aircraft impacts blew the fireproofing off the girders along with the concrete that surrounded them. What I have a really hard time with is that the buildings fell on themselves due to the impacts alone. And NIST agrees along with countless other scientists who’ve raised their voices on the subject.
Regardless of how they fell, what the issue really is is why the government continues to lie about it.
I know the person who did the safety and environmental assessment of WTC-7 long prior to 9-11. She tells me that the building had substantial diesel tanks for emergency generators on the roof. Unfortunately, they were perched almost on top of the elevator shafts, which is why the building went down the way it did.

OK, let me be simpler. Do you believe that AlQuaeda terrorists flying airplanes into the two towers caused the destruction of the WTC? If not, do you believe that our government cooperated in the destruction?
My statements are about the physical properties of steel and the engineering design, manufacture, and use of that steel. I have no need for your unsubstantiated conjecture outside of that.

Is that so? Where’s your scientific evidence of this???
Based on NIST, they really couldn’t explain why WTC7 fell and suggested additional research and investigation into the unusual levels of Aluminum Oxide and Barium Nitrate found in various column samples.
But we may never know because just about all the evidence was shipped to China or other foundries to be melted down. And NIST just continues to ignore valid questions and have played Pontius Pilot on the whole investigation.
How convenient.

No, WTC 1 fell in 11 seconds and WTC 2 fell in 9 seconds, according to NIST. They based their information mostly on seismic activity recorded close by. Yes, that’s damned fast for buildings to fall, even during demolitions.
So who is right? You, or NIST? If you say NIST is wrong, then it’s plausible to consider other parts of the “official story” are also wrong, no?

You can clearly see how the chemtrails generated by the secret weather machine Halliburton built in Dick Cheney’s basement blew those aircraft into the WTC with the innocent terrorists planted by Richard Nixon’s alien clone from the Roswell time travel experiments, while Ronald Reagan planted the explosives with black helicopters in the filming of Bed Time for Bonzo.
