In a new video message posted on a jihadist Web forum on Monday, Anwar al-Awlaki, an American-born cleric based in Yemen whose most inflammatory sermons were withdrawn from YouTube last week, said that the killing of Americans by Muslims requires no special sanction.
According to The Associated Press, Mr. Awlaki told jihadists in his latest, Arabic-language video: “Don’t consult with anybody in killing the Americans, fighting the devil doesn’t require consultation or prayers seeking divine guidance. They are the party of the devils.”
Despite the fact that he was born in New Mexico to Yemeni parents, and educated in both the United States and Yemen, Mr. Awlaki has apparently renounced the American part of his identity, telling his Arab-speaking audience, “We are two opposites who will never come together.”
The video was apparently recorded before Yemen’s Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, with which Mr. Awlaki is associated, smuggled explosives onto two U.S.-bound cargo jets at the end of last month, since a brief excerpt from the 23-minute recording was posted online before the plot was uncovered.
The message was downloaded from a jihadist Web forum by SITE Intelligence Group, a private organization in Washington that tracks militant Web sites. The video was apparently not released by the media arm of Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula.

A point about this murdering muslim is he was touted for years as a moderate muslim, supposedly showing that islam was a religion of peace and only racists or haters or something would say otherwise.
After 9/11 this POS was on every network calling for peace , as islam is a religion of peace and calling for Americans to not over react.

At some point the US will either get serious about STOPPING the radical arms of islam, or serious about converting to it.
If every time a terrorist blows themselves up and kills an American, the US figures out who they were, what mosque they attended, and the mosque is immediately cleared and leveled...then we’re getting serious.
When an Islamic group executes a larger terrorist attack, the US will be taken seriously when the next important islamic site on a well published list of islamic sites is cleared and leveled.
Until then, the US should be seen as being in the process of conversion.
