16 hours later? Why didn't Barack Obama inform the Brits of the terror plot immediately? They appear to have found out after he gave a televised speech on the incident?
Did Mr. Obama delay informing the Brits of a terror plot - where people could have been killed - just so he could get some face-time on TV before a important election to make himself look more presidential? Or was it simply his animosity towards the Brits? Did he inform the Brits immediately and they dropped the ball?

Maybe someone in Britain with a little maturity and wisdom was trying to keep things quiet until there was time to locate, close with, capture & interrogate the senders of the bombs.

It took Obama a number of days to address the nation after the underwear bomber was subdued on the plane or BP explosion occurred in this country. Only took him an hour after the defective toner cartridges were carried off the cargo plane in England to address the nation.The difference? An election 5 days away.

Obama claims explosives were found in a package, but as yet no one has actually claimed this was a bomb that could explode.
News reports say a toner cartridge with explosives in it and wires hanging from it, but no one has said the thing was wired with a timer or wired to explode when it was used or given any hint that the thing might go off.
They say this thing came out of Yemen strange when Obama just gave Yemen a waiver to allow children to fight in their wars.
Yeah I know, not much in the Major media about that.

WTH?!? This gets weirder by the minute. And supposedly they’re now looking for 2 DOZEN more packages aka bombs? Why isn’t the country on high alert? Why aren’t post offices, UPS and FedEx offices closed? Why do I feel as though I’m being manipulated?
Okay, now I’m convinced this was a ruse. I adamantly thought it was legit, but after reading this article, I have to agree this is all an unbelievable hoax.
Something is not right here. No explosives found elsewhere. In the US explosives found. Just wondering did the RATS put them there themselves to make a story more plausible - RATS must win in 2010. How many Americans can the RATS say died because of Bush’s failed policies. Notice it is always Bush;s policies that failed, not Obummers or Clintons.

This is turning into Obama’s “Iran Hostages”.
It appears the suspicious package was found at 3:30 am (Britian time) by local police, but they failed to find the explosives within the parcels. It wasn’t until Scotland Yard’s special terrorism task force became involved several hours later, that they discovered the explosives.
What is really odd is why Cameron wasn’t informed until 16 hours after obama was made aware of a bomb plot, and 10 hours after the package had originally been found in England.
I’d have to think lower levels in the respective security departments were in contact and it was the Brit hierarchy that dropped the ball on moving their info up to the top. But that assumes a professional cadre, something we lost in 2008.

Did we ever see photographs of President Bush DURING the emergency meeting with his National Securitly Advisors? I don’t think so, and I looked at the “Day in the Life of GWB” every day here on FR.
Yet the continued news coverage of these packages included photo or video of Obama with his crew in a situation or conference room.
