Our security services aren’t in the business of glory hunting. They’re paid to deal with security matters in a DISCREET fashion, and that’s what they do. Ditto COBRA and the Prime Minister. That they don’t go running off to the media at the first hint of a successful interception of a terrorist device, is a GOOD thing.
