I called this months ago. The Clintons have the dirt on Soetoro; I don't doubt it in the least. We'll never know this, but, I speculate that a deal was made between the Clintons and Soetoro: Hillary! wouldn't challenge Soetoro's primary "victories", and Obama would be the nominee (and presumptive winner after 8 years of GWB). Throw in Joe "Where's my brain?" Biden as a lame duck VP and that leads to:
Obama gets health care passed (using methods the Clintons either didn't think of or dare try back then) and essentially loses any hope in getting re-elected in doing it. So health care gets passed, ~18 years after the Clintons failed to do it. Which leads to:
The Rats get blown out next week. Hillary! as SOS resigns (so she has, at least in theory, experience in both domestic and foreign affairs) and starts readying for a 2012 run. Soetoro (and Biden) bow out for a 2012 run as Soetoro blames the racist core of America and the Tea Party specifically as the reason he won't run again, and "enthusiastically" backs Hillary!, in an attempt to keep the blacks from revolting against the party. Which leads to:
Can Hillary! win in 2012? Well, Bill ran successfully against a GOP Congress in 1996, so it comes down to how stupid the typical American voter is. Based on Clinton getting elected twice (albeit with less than 50% of the vote) and Soetoro getting elected in 2008, the stupidity level is high. And yes, she could very well win, as people will look at the 1995-2000 time period as blissful, with a GOP Congress and Rat president named "Clinton". I can hear the Fleetwood Mac tunes warming up.

After only two years of "Hope & Change", the people have clearly had enough. They're about to elect conservatives to Congress in an historic landslide. Do you really think the people will turn around in two years and hand the reins of power to yet another uber-Socialist?

She can try to sell the public on her "experience" as Sec of State, but no one's going to care about that, when the economy is in a near-depression. What's Hillary's prescription for handling the economy going to be? More "Stimulus"?. Some other Commie scheme?
The public won't buy that in 2012, and Hillary doesn't subscribe to the types of solutions that will honestly work.
I'm afraid the moment has passed for Hillary. Obama is the last real Commie that will ever be elected in this country.
I think there is some sentiment out there for the “Clinton years” but of course its not quite so simple as “the defecits being lower”.
The prosperity built during the Reagan years lingered until the end of the Clinton years when things started going down. That’s when Clinton’s higher taxes imposed earlier in the 1990’s began to take the economy down.
Without the Republican Congress as a break, the defecits would not have been as low as they were in the 1990’s.
The trouble is, we still had them back then, too.
We need a total end to defecits in budgets forever in this country.
The Clintons are great hustlers who can sell less debt as an improvement over Obama.
My suspicion was that Hillary was to installed as the VP candidate for Obama but O found out his supporters didn’t want her.
The O supporters were polled by cellphone during the campaign about whether they wanted her to be the Veep candidate.
Sounds frighteningly plausible and as I just said to someone else, she’s growing her hair after years of having it short...an attempt to look younger? Or to also compete with say, Sarah? (ain’t working Hilly!)
