Airing right now...said the real unemployment is at 17.5%...showing tons of people with masters, bachelors, phd's, you name it...unemployed for 2 years...can't even get jobs at Target.
Sorry to hear the news...seriously. Been there a few times myself and know the feeling...especially when it takes forever to find a new one. Turn to God is the best and only advice I have right now. He will answer...might not be today or tomorrow...but he will.
By the way...this story has now been picked up by Drudge and is on his front page.
The economy if we are lucky will turn maybe in 2017. I am not kidding. I doubt it will really matter, the country will probably be screwed by then.

Gas is up because the dollar has been tanking. Oil is affected by a tanking dollar. The dollar has sunk about 23% versus the Aussie dollar in the past 2 months or so. 6% against the Canadian dollar and about 17% versus the euro.
You will be seeing food prices and other things go up as well.

I did notice that 60 Minutes didn't get into why the people featured had lost their jobs. They said one had worked in real estate which was self-explanatory, but other than that they just give titles for their former jobs, but not the industries they'd worked in.
I expect outsourcing was involved with many of the layoffs they'd experienced.
Maybe the lamestream media morons have made the economic connection between unemployment numbers and their own job security. If nobody has a job, then they have little or no money. If they have little or no money, they can’t buy goods and services. If they can’t buy goods and services, companies lower or stop production. If production is lowered or stopped, they have little or nothing to advertise and no big projects needing ad campaigns. If advertising dwindles, earnings by media companies dwindles. When media companie’s income dwindles, they, too have to lay people off. Oops! (here’s where dimbulb, lying reporter/media hack says to himself, “mmm-duh!)
