It really hasnt been too much of a stretch to call Nevadas Senate race the most-watched midterm election in the nation, but now theres independent confirmation from a nationally-recognized assessor: Saturday Night Live.
SNL featured Senate Majority Leader Harry Reids Las Vegas Rally with President Barack Obama as its opening spoof sketch Saturday night with a little twist.

Haven't watched that cr@p forever now.
Did SNL do a Juan Williams-gets-fired-by-Liberals-for-expressing-his-opinion skit?
agreed... that skit was hilarious.
Man that was awful.
“I don’t understand why, if you were born in this country, you won’t just show us your birth certificate!”
I thought it was going to be lame, but when the Obama character kept saying things like ‘fair weather friend’ and ‘liar’ behind Reid’s back, I was rolling.
They’ll need to put some ice on that...
Absolutely utterly painful. It was so bad I felt embarrassed for all of them. The writers need to all be fired for this one.
Sadly, being deceitful and having your words mean nothing is a plus in many Dem locales. If they operated on truth, they’d win almost no elections anywhere.
What would have been funny is if Reid started quoting his "good friend" Sarah Palin.
If you have lost SNL you have lost the country. It was horrid
The concept was fine but the writers mailed it in.
It wasn’t very funny. It was awkward because it hit too close to home. The audience didn’t want to deal with it...especially the birth certificate part. But that’s great....they just legitimized it.
That was the stupidest skit I have seen in a long time (I am not a SNL watcher, so I am sure there have been worse).
better watch it obummer will now start attacking SNL as a right wing appartus to destroy him. so soon SNL will be off the air. probably on monday will have the cast and crew fired and repalced by paid actors that he will supply.
it was not too funny but he hit to close to home about the arrognance and ignorance of the Obummer and Reid.
they believe the American people are stupid and naive. It is reid and obummer whom are stuopid, arrognant and ignorant

The audience was not amused; their silence was deafening.
As boring as milk toast.
