U.S. attorney: Nothing Americans can do about eligibility

A team of U.S. attorneys based in California has argued to the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals that there essentially is nothing the American public can do to determine if, in fact, Barack Obama is qualified under the U.S. Constitution's demand for a "natural born citizen" in the Oval Office, and if they are injured, at least they are all injured alike.

The arguments were presented in a brief submitted by U.S. Attorney Andre Birotte Jr. and his assistants Roger West and David DeJute in defense of a lawsuit that was brought by a long list of plaintiffs including a presidential candidate, members of the military, members of the state legislature and others against Obama.

The plaintiffs had asked the appeals court to reopen the arguments because the district court's ruling, left standing, would strip minorities in the United States of "all political power" and leave laws to be based "upon the whims of the majority."

That earlier brief was filed by Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation, who is representing Wiley S. Drake, a vice presidential candidate on the 2008 ballot in California, and Markham Robinson, an elector from the state.

There is a lot we can do. If the government refuses to follow the constitution, the people must enforce it.

And it looks like we will be doing it ourselves, and so here we GO. First the ballot box, we control both HOUSES, and then we get rid of Obama. And if this doesn't work,well we can follow the example of our forefathers.

The government serves the people, not themselves, and we are about to show them that. And if they fail to follow our directives as a people, then they will be summarily removed by force majeur, as has happened before in our history. The political elite think the people no longer have the hutzpah.They are wrong.We have the motive in the constitution, and we have the means, and we will act if needed.

Once they know that, Obama will resign.But so far they denigrate patriotic America , as if the people are no longer a factor in the way of things.That is their fatal mistake.They think that the American people no longer matter.It will cost them dearly.And if they cling to power in a fascist way, it may cost them very dearly indeed.

OK, if that is correct, at what point in the electoral process are the qualifications of each candidate tested?

It's up to the Secretary of State of each state to certify each candidate's constitutional qualifications to appear on the state's ballot.

That's why the elections for Secretary of State are so important, and why Soros is going after them.

One on two Secretarys of State (Florida and Texas, perhaps) can stop O'Barry in his tracks in 2012.

How much did that cost the taxpayer?!

At at time when plots were being laid to bomb Times Square, blow planes out of the sky over Detroit, and **KILL** our soldiers on their bases and recruitment centers, Obama sends out U.S. attorneys to block the release of common documents?

I wonder what their hotel bill alone is costing?

Don't these tax paid attorneys have better things to be doing, than preventing the release of ordinary paperwork that unanointed Americans release routinely????

A **real** American and natural born president would not do that. A criminal usurper would.

So American Citizens do not have standing to question whether a candidate for President is qualified according to the US Constitution.

Certainly it does. The government itself is putting forth the argument that even if obama is not qualified, there is nothing within the legal system for the Electorate to use to change the fact that he is President. If the government did not entertain the possibility of obama not being qualified, then this argument would never have been made.

I can only say that I looked into the issue in depth for Florida, because Florida went to Barry by a slim margin, and has a Republican legislature. I don’t have my references/links handy, but is definitely the responsibility of the SoS to certify the candidates. Florida’s statutes even specifically reference Article II.

It has never been denied that obama’s mother registered her son’s birth with hawaiian records dept. The problem is that Hawaii allowed foreign born children to be registered in Hawaii at the time of obama’s birth. With numerous reports from Kenyan (family ,relatives, goverment officials ) stating he was born there. It appears that he was born in Kenya and after obama’s mother returned to Hawaii , she registered his birth with Hawaiian records. Hawaiian records placed all birth announcements in newspapers in 1961. The birth announcements are not proof at all, it just means that someone registered his birth. no hospital in Hawaii has a record of obama’s birth.

Some team of U.S. Attorneys had better read up on the Declaration of Independence. There is most definitely something We the People can do when an abusive rogue government oversteps its constitutional limits.

Goes a long way in explaining why Obama blotted our Creator from the Declaration. Obama expects to fill the vaccuum. God will fill the vaccuum alright. Sure "sucks" to be Zero.
