I was married to my first wife 31 years and every time the moon came up she would have same outbursts like yours!!!

I'm not a doctor, but her doctor advised her to work on her hormones situation, maybe that's it???

Not only that, it also killed every enzymes & nutrients in that soup, if there ever were any!!!

We throw our micro oven out years ago. Why would anyone ever radiate foods and drinks on the alter of convenience???

However, if born in the US, he is a US citizen by birth.

And that the whole POINT of this thread, and you have NO proof he is a US citizen, which Lt.Col. Lakin is soooo rightful questioning together with millions other people!!!

"The child is the responsibility of the parents. However, if born in the US, he is a US citizen by birth. The child born to an alien father is an inhabitant, not a citizen. It was like this in the Greek City states (republic) and the Roman Republic. The idea of citizenship did not come from the Common Law..it came from the two Republics listed. A subject in England gets on his knees or bows before a King or Prince. A citizen does not. Photobucket

I have to give you credit for one time actually documenting one of your beliefs. The Exchange v. McFadden certainly establishes temporary allegiance as a basis for expecting aliens to follow local laws while in another country, but it says nothing about citizenship of their children. Therefore it doesn’t reflect ACTUAL OBEDIENCE, which was the term in question and was given as a specific basis for being considered a ‘born subject.’

Your quote from Inglis v. Sail Harbor is not from the actual Opinion of the Court. Instead of what you quoted, the opinon said, “If born after 4 July, 1776, and before 15 September of the same year, when the British took possession of New York, his infancy incapacitated him from making any election for himself, and his election and character followed that of his father, subject to the right of disaffirmance in a reasonable time after the termination of his minority, which never having been done, he remains a British subject and disabled from inheriting the land in question.” This is directly at odds with your quote because it says that character (citizenship) follows the father (which is like Vattel). Whatever temporary allegiance exists for aliens, therefore, does NOT apply to citizenship.

It’s also worth noting that both of these cases, The Exchange and Inglis actually cite Vattel as part of the opinions of the court, which further destroys the faither myth that Vattel was only a Swiss philosopher or that he did not influence U.S. law.

And once more you quote from WKA, but with a redundant passage that was only used as a basis for establishing the 14th amendment as a legal precedent over the treaty with China. It looks like you were shown after this post that treaties, according to the Constitution, are on the same basis as the Constitution itself in terms of legal supremacy. Justice Gray had to manufacture a justification for saying the 14th amendment overrode this treaty ... and he did so, partially by quoting this principle on exclusive legal jurisdiction within the territory.

However, Gray still had to justify the child of aliens as falling under the 14th amendment, which is why he inserted permanent domicil and permanent residence as factors of being under the jurisdiction of the United States. Like in Calvin’s Case, from where I quoted those three factors earlier, permanent residence and domicil implies ACTUAL OBEDIENCE and not just temporary allegiance. That’s why Gray said, “Every citizen or subject of another country, while domiciled here, is within the allegiance and the protection, and consequently subject to the jurisdiction, of the United States.” This is also where Gray’s quote of Binney comes into play, that the child of an alien if “born in the country, is as much a citizen as the natural-born child of a citizen, and by operation of the same principle.” The citizenship of the child of an alien is operational because of actual obedience expressed by way of his parents having permanent domicil and residence, but yet there is still a distinction between this type of citizen and one who is natural born.

To: Future Useless Eater

Upon the very sound advise of another poster, I have removed the images.

What happened was this: I was watching threads on the colb issue I 08. Polarik claimed to have found Obamas colb to be a fake but was looking for other colb’s for comparison. So I offered to help w/ mine. I scanned it and sent the scans to him. He ces back a couple days later with a question and asks for more scans at amdifferent resolution. I say ok, and then like amtotal dork forget to do it as right then I had a dr appt. (result of that appt would later be surgery but not for a couple years). So I forgot to do it.

Next thing I know (oh and that was all done in private emails) he is on FR popping off that I sent him forgeries!!! WTF!?!?! So I called him on that crap etc. Long story short - the document I had was dated 2007, and I had thought is was from 2000, that HDOH had missdated it. In April 2007 I had knee surgery - ACL reconstruction (OMGPAIN!!!!) and was ongood pain killers when I ordered a colb to get my passport, we had moved in Dec 06 to a new house, and I had fallen down the stairs and shattered my elbow and had messed holy knee badly, had screws put in the elbow... Bleck... And that all went down about 20 days after we moved. A whole lotta stuff was still in boxes and I could not move and get in them to find the colb I had. I was going to be going to Canada-the police reunion tour opener, so I needed it. I don’t remember ordering the colb (remember this was 2007). I did it all online.

So I thought I had a miss dated colb. I didn’t. At first, because I had gotten the 2000 colb because my mom ordered it for me ( had wallet stolen in Arizona while moving to San Diego) the doh asked me who ordered it, mom of course is what I said not remembering the 2007 order placement. So Hdoh tells me only one has been ordered, because ther record requests by the name of the requested, not the record name!

It later got straightened out when HDOH found my 07 order, and sent me copies of receipts for both. Realizing my mistake, I immediately admitted it in full, posted the receipts and apologized profusely. Polarik never apologized for his smear job, and persisted with his accusations of fraud.

By being honest and giving what ever info and scans bla bla bla it eventually became clear my document wasn’t a fraud. But not everyone knew that because Polarik was spewing his bs on other sites. Miss Tickly was at one of those.

Polarik popped up here this summer and darned near got banned. When he got utterly obnoxious, and again tried to slime me, but this time no one bought it. He discredited himself wig some blatant lies, and he was caught out on a lot of things. He disappeared again with out once ever apologizing to me for what he did.

I skipped over some details, but that’s the back story.

Miss Tickly mistakenly assumed I had been working WITH Polarik ! Yeah riiiiiht. Not even close. I offered my personal records in an effort to help and got stabbed in the back.

Miss Tickly could not let go of the incorrect assumption I was “working” with Polarik. Its nuts, just crazy. So she accused me of posting forgeries with the long form I just got from HDOH, again just freaking crazy.

If I have misremembered anything I an certain I will get corrected!

But that’s what what happened from my point of view. Hope that helped some...

Thanks for the correction — interesting stuff.

This caught my eye.

Either the parents will need to get married before the child’s eighteenth birthday so making the child “legitimate”

Was this the “family business” that Senior conducted on his 1971 visit — before Obama’s 18th birthday? To provide the documentation of a marriage?

I’m purely speculating here, because as I’ve stated many times — no one knows what this guy’s story is — I certainly don’t — anything is possible.

Take a chill pill yourself — none of the follwing was necessary:
