I don't believe a damned thing about anything WE THINK WE KNOW about Obama that happened between June 1960, when Anna graduated high school, and June 1985 when Obama started his Bill Ayer’s-underwritten rabble-rousing career.

There are more documented Obama lies and secrets during this period than there are known facts.

Anyone that thinks they KNOW squat about this guy is fooling themselves, and I say that as someone who has been reading everything I can find about him since January 2007 -- six hours a day. The more I learn about Obama, the less I believe. The only thing I can say comfortably is that Obama is definitely not on the level.

I'd be willing to bet, when all this eventually comes out, and it will, we'll all be surprised.

Didn’t know the Bullmoose party was a progressive party when he ran for Congress (as a write-in) under their banner though.

And divorces normally FOLLOW a marriage, and don’t occur without one. Was it a sham marriage? I think so. I don’t think Barry Sr gave a rat’s rear about Ann other than as a bit of sex, and he didn’t plan on her getting pregnant.

And that makes the idea that Obama inherited his citizenship from Obama Sr and not from his birthplace all the more bizarre...and no, I don’t believe for a moment that she traveled to Kenya in secret to give birth there. I traveled from the US to Taiwan in 1964, and it wasn’t nearly as easy then as it is now.

Here is my non-conspiracy theory: A really weird girl who didn’t like America & who had a thing for dark skin got herself knocked up so she could have a baby. There was a sham marriage, followed by a divorce sometime later. Obama may or may not be a bastard (in the old sense), but he was born & raised for a time as an American. But he became bitter over race, was a lazy and indifferent student, and didn’t get excited about anything until he listened to Rev Wright’s racist and anti-American sermons. Those he bought into lock, stock & barrel.

Except I never said that, did I? I said what the Supreme Court has said - that the legal terms used by the Founders have their meaning rooted in English common law, and that we use common law to understand what the Founders meant by their language.

“The Constitution nowhere defines the meaning of these words, either by way of inclusion or of exclusion, except insofar as this is done by the affirmative declaration that “all persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States.” In this as in other respects, it must be interpreted in the light of the common law, the principles and history of which were familiarly known to the framers of the Constitution.”

ANd, “In Smith v. Alabama, Mr. Justice Matthews, delivering the judgment of the court, said:

There is no common law of the United States, in the sense of a national customary law, distinct from the common law of England as adopted by the several States each for itself, applied as its local law, and subject to such alteration as may be provided by its own statutes. . . . There is, however, one clear exception to the statement that there is no national common law. The interpretation of the Constitution of the United States is necessarily influenced by the fact that its provisions are framed in the language of the English common law, and are to be read in the light of its history.”

I sure wish someone would explain to me and MANY OTHERS here how a legal court documented divorce can be gotten if there was no marriage on record.

FYI...HDOH sent Donofrio the index records to the marriage. Someday when he is back in this game after the Chrysler lawsuit is over, I'm sure he will share them again.

If you spend the majority of your time on FR trying to muddy the waters to clear his 'good name', than yes.

There are many that fit that description. Dozens that signed up and beelined straight for this subject damn near exclusively. Most have been zotted, some remain.

Ask any attorney or judge. A marriage license is part of a divorce filing. There is no marriage license, or any other similiar documentation in Anna’s divorce filing.
