You’re still posing questions that don’t deal with your failure to show that the HI AG or any court has specifically addressed the UIPA.

Ok.... I have been doing homework all day and not looking at FR. so I have spent the last 45 minutes tracking down this dang post.

I will just start off by saying that I am really pissed off. So forgive me if I come across rather short with you.

1) Everything I have has come to me from the state of Hawaii. I don’t know WHY every freaking little number date stamp or what ever doesn’t match. I wasn’t there when the office generated my documents, so I can’t answer that.

2) I will cut the damn envelope apart so you can see inside it and try to photograph it and the toner mark El Sordo found. The marks are inside the envelope as well.

3) I specifically ASKED you Miss Tickly to send me any questions you might have, I would send you what ever you asked for, and offer what ever information I might possibly have. You agreed, or at least so I thought, after what was such a nice apology for having assumed I was working with Polarik etc. Well, thanks for making all your questions public with our talking to me about it to find some reasonable explanation before going and making perceived inconsistencies public - potentially calling me a liar.

You blew that one eh?

4) You tell me, WTF do I have to gain for misrepresenting ANYTHING? Tell me, since I am at a complete and total loss as to what my motivation for that would be. Why you ask? Simple, I am not representing anything.

5) with regard to date stamp variations, there are at least THREE machines in the HDOH which generate documents such as COLB’s. There must be dozens of hand stamps in that office that may have been there for years if not decades. It is exceptionally short sighted to assume there is only one, or only one style in the office! You have no idea whats there, neither do I for that matter.

6) You are tilting at windmills. Why you are nit-picking on issues that you can neither prove nor disprove let alone give legitimacy to is simply insane.

MT, I am sorry you utterly wasted your time on this. Not just because I consider your time valuable, but also because you have pretty much destroyed what ever trust I built back up in you again.

7) Here are the pictures I JUST took, inside the last 20 minutes. I am only posting the links because 1) I don’t want to whack FR’s bandwidth with all these, and 2) I am pissed off and tired and I don’t feel like going to all the darned trouble of formatting the things for the board. So here are the links:

I have nothing left to offer anyone. I have offered everything I have in good faith and in complete honesty.

If that’s not good enough, then do me a favor: forget I exist, because I am more than a little fed up with all this BS.

whether the person is an alien or not should depend upon whether the person is a natural born citizen of the United States or whether citizenship must be conferred by Congress

The 14th amendment is an example of Congress conferring citizenship. Remember that Minor v. Happersett said (and WKA affirmed) that the 14th amendment was NOT NECESSARY for a person who is a natural born citizen. You're not helping your argument.

Justice Scalia: I mean, isn't it clear that the natural born requirement in the Constitution was intended explicitly to exclude some Englishmen who had come here and spent some time here and then went back and raised their families in England?

They did not want that.

They wanted natural born Americans.

One other thing, the envelope which contained the two receipts I got from HDOH which documented MY error with regard to my 2007 COLB ALSO has some toner marks in just like the envelope I just posted. The marks I see are quite faded as I have been using that envelope to hold several other things, but its there. Fainter than the newer envelope I just got, but its there.

Why am I even bothering to mention this? You are likely going to find some bizarre freaking inconsistency with which to attempt to make it seem like a lie too.

ANYONE.... if you EVER seem me try to help someone by offering up personal experiences and documents, please beat me unconscious and tie my hands behind my back so I can’t post. Being honest and trying to help has ONLY caused me grief and hasn’t helped anyone.

I am D O N E.

No, they weren’t folded equally, they are offset by a bit. I posted links to the pictures I just took. You can see there that the pages are not perfectly aligned.

“The 14th amendment is an example of Congress conferring citizenship.”

“Is not the 14th an ACT of Congress?”

If y’all are too STUPID to understand the difference between an act of Congress, and a Constitutional Amendment, then there is no reason to post to you. Constitutional amendments become PART of the Constitution when ratified. I don’t know how much more basic one can get that that.

Do I need to post to you with crayons? Just how STUPID are you?

You can see there that the pages are not perfectly aligned. http://i56.photobucket.com/albums/g172/Danae_photos/IMG_0627.jpg that one shows it best, that is a a picture of the pages on top of the cut envelope. The documents were folded into thirds, but not evenly. One page extended out further than the other, that happens to be the black and white copy of my long form. The receipt which you can read in the pic is on top of the long form. The middle of the documents are folded under and are next to the envelope. The top of the documents have been unfolded and are face down (both of them) against the envelope.

This is the exact orientation they occupied in the envelope as it was sent to me before I opened it. The markings all match up. Both on the documents themselves, and inside the envelope.

Um... constitutional amendments ARE acts of congress which can take many actions.

A constitutional amendment is an act of congress, but not all acts of congress are constitutional amendments.

Just sayin.

I’m not quite sure what grade school and college transcripts and law firm files have to do with evaluating a president but I’m reasonably certain that Obama will do what other recent presidents have done and do a “document dump” somewhere close to the time for the next presidential election.

To be frank, I generally don’t care TOO MUCH about a President’s grades, or how successful they were in their chosen profession.

The problem with Obama is that he was packaged as a “brilliant” law professor and so forth.

Look, if you are going to package something, at some point the more “adventurous” among us, are going to want to see what’s in the package.

Well, if you will permit, it’s time for me to hit the sack.

Have a nice night.

Obama’s father was living full time in the USA with permission of the US government. His mother was a NBC of the US. Like the resident alien parents of WKA, he left the USA some years later, and after divorcing the mother (who retained custody).

Yes, a foreign sovereign is different than a resident - he is a KING of a foreign country.

If you cannot understand English, please get a dictionary and look up the big words.

A constitutional amendment is an act of congress, but not all acts of congress are constitutional amendments.

No. A Constitutional Amendment is NOT one until ratified by the required percentage of states. Then it becomes a part of the Constitution.

If it were an act of Congress, it would be effective when it passed Congress and would not require the states to ratify it. Ever hear of the Equal Rights Amendment? It has ZERO legal force, because it wasn’t ratified.

His permanent domicil was not in the U.S. You aren't really stupid enough to make the argument that it was, are you?? Under the WKA ruling, his child would not be a U.S. citizen at birth, and definitely not a natural born citizen.
