Dr. Conspiracy: I think we have outlawed outlaw grand juries.
Yeah doc, that’s what I wrote back to her, that she was confusing the American Grand Jury with real, authentic Grand Juries. That launched a discussion of why can’t average citizens form their own grand juries. I reminded the right wingers that ordinary people ARE the members of real, authentic Grand Juries.
I threw in that their position was dangerously close to advocating “pure democracy” over our constitutionally mandated “republican form of government.” Right wingers tend to heat anything that begins with the prefix “demo”! ;-)

Dr. Conspiracy: Besides the legal barrier, the essential problem is that a real grand jury is supposed to represent a cross section of the community, while a bunch of birther who volunteer to tar and feather the president do not.
You mean that you really believe that a person can be an average American and not hate that “communist,” “illegal alien,” “Muslim,” “radical,” “black racist,” “half-rican” masquerading as President of the United States??? Who knew? ;-)

Welcher. While you are checking things out, check out the Hawaiian Statutes that states documents are available. Email HDOH and ask them, that's real simple even a caveman can do it.
Hawaii tried to hide the availablity of the long form, but they didn't change the state law. Ask yourself why they tried to hide it? What else are they hiding? Buy a clue Sherlock.

No. I just don’t feel it necessary to respond to EVERY stupid post made by a hate-filled pansy.
I disagree strongly with BDZ, but she is a good person acting on her convictions. That makes her far superior to many of the birthers, who post because they want to vent their vitriol. Posters who aren’t willing to actually DO anything, but who need to express their anger and hatred and who don’t, it seems, have any friends that they can talk to in person. So they use FreeRepublic.
But in a court, venting is a poor substitute for having a sound legal argument. And most lawyers know that, which is why birthers cannot find anyone with standing to advance their case...because those with standing know the birthers are just venting. About losing the election in 2008, about Ohio becoming a state in 1803...

Freeper Rolling_Stone posted a month ago that he had already paid off $100 on our original bet because no long form had been posted. I’m certain you will admit that the original bet was made about six months ago.
But I assure you that if my fact checking confirms legitimacy and that this isn’t a scanned and altered copy of someone else’s original long form, I will pay.
Luckily and to your credit, you did include a scanned image of a tracking number for the mailing receipt that can be traced to find out exactly what document was sent to you. I already have emailed the DOH to see if they will let me know what they sent.
