Yeah it is. I had to look it up and found that the smallest quake Chile has ever had was a 6.2 in 2007

The largest quake ever recorded anywhere, a 9.6 happened a couple hundred miles from there in 1960.

Yeah, it sure looks like the cable guide wheel is moving faster. I would like to see the spool where the extra cable is spooled. It has to be fairly large in circumference and width to store all that cable, and I would also think there would be a cable brake.
