Has anyone found out How the administration failed on 10/04/10 yet again to silence the Great One?
On the evening of the 4th Mark commented that the administration had tried and failed. It was a quick comment with no explanation. Anyone know any more on this?

Mark mentioned it himself on last Monday’s show. he was unusually quiet about the failure of the administration to silence him. Apparently Sean mentioned it later, as well. Listening to the podcast right now...

I think the link you posted to NewsBusters is part of Mark’s long running rant on the FCC and how they might attack the brightest critics of the administration. That article is over a year old now so might mark the opening salvo which ended last Monday. On Monday’s show he said that a specific move had been defeated that day. Then said no more. What happened that day? That’s what i’m looking for. I’ll check marklevinfan.com , maybe they know something.

funny enough, netflix, at least when we were watching the series again on DVD through their service, didn’t have the disc for that episode. one can only hope that was because so many patriots rented it that their number of discs finally broke. my guess is that the “most tolerant” among us threw those discs in the trash.

Sean just referenced the intimidation he’s gotten during this election cycle... Monday 10-11-10 about 3:20pm. he said no more than that...
what’s going on here? If the Fed (on our tax dollars) or some of it’s minions are doing this... I want to know what’s going on.
