I think the link you posted to NewsBusters is part of Mark’s long running rant on the FCC and how they might attack the brightest critics of the administration. That article is over a year old now so might mark the opening salvo which ended last Monday. On Monday’s show he said that a specific move had been defeated that day. Then said no more. What happened that day? That’s what i’m looking for. I’ll check marklevinfan.com , maybe they know something.
