You know it had to be a Dem. Look how far down into the story the party ID is.

Democrat - not guilty and will be reelected. It took bondage and murder allegations to get Condit out of office.

Gambling money, eh? At first I thought the Mother-In-Law simply signed over a Stimulus Democrat Election Slush Fund check.

The local stations even showed the 'perp walk' out of the Court House.

Rep. Tierny had a Sgt. Schultz defense:
I know nothiiiing, I saw nothiiiing.

Of course, we all knew he was a Boston Democrat, but it took 13 paragraphs to glean his party affiliation from this Glob article.

The fact that the Globe is even reporting on it is amazing.

Help Hudak by clicking the link above.

There is no current polling data, but Tierney has won by very slim margins in the past.

This is also Scott Brown neighborhood so get out there and TEA PARTY!

I live in the 6th Massachusetts. Voted against this slimer since he took out Torkildsen.

My experience tends to make me believe that every story detailing his corruption merely enhances his likely reelection.

This place is not real world. Most are corrupt, and if you are perceived as honest... You are considered a fool.

Yeah, I’m in this district too (Rowley, MA). Hopefully this bozo gets voted out. He’s using his 86 year old mother-in-law to funel campaign money. How low can you get?

John is a communist. And a lawyer.

He is the type of pol that will only relinquish power when hauled off the House floor, kicking and screaming, by the FBI.

After November it might be a mystery but for now you can take it for granted that he’s a Dem. All 10 US Reps for MA are
Dems. Until last January, both Senators were (and I know,
some will call Brown a RINO but in MA we have to take what we can get and would Coakley be better?) The majority of
state/fed legislators are Dems and when it comes to Name That Party—

oh wait, it would be easier to name the pols who are NOT
Dems.

Scott Brown US Senator
Frank Cousins Essex County Sheriff
maybe 4 or 5 of out 40 State Senators
maybe 10 or 15 of out 160 State Reps

However some GOP candidates have a chance (theoretically)
in Nov (hey Tierney: “today is not about me”, eh? Right.
Nov 2 WILL be about you)

1st—don’t know how much chance he has, Bill Gunn v Olver
4th—Sean Bielat vs B. Frank
5th—Jon Golnik vs. Tsongas’ widow
6th—Hudak v. Tierney
10th—OPEN SEAT, Delahunt retiring: Perry v. Keating

We saw that a$$hat Tierney on FoxNews 25 last night. He had diarrhea of the mouth, and wouldn’t let his opponent get a word in edgewise. I blame the newswoman for letting that happen. She should have told him she was going to cut his microphone off if he didn’t shut up! I guess she’s not used to the ‘jamming’ perpetrated by Democrats when they can’t defend their position, so they just keep talking to run out the time so their opponent can’t get their messages out.
