DOVER, Del. – TV comedian Bill Maher is taking another jab at Republican Delaware Senate candidate Christine O'Donnell, who as a conservative Christian activist was a frequent guest on his "Politically Incorrect" show in the 1990s.
After O'Donnell won last week's GOP primary in Delaware with the help of tea party activists, Maher played a 1999 tape in which she said she had dabbled in witchcraft while in high school.
Maher threatened to show more old clips of O'Donnell unless she appeared on his current cable show, "Real Time with Bill Maher."
On Friday night, Maher made good on his threat, showing another clip from the 1990s in which O'Donnell challenged the theory of evolution

Maher is definitely one of those that has been duped.
And an election is a choice between candidates. Chris Coons has raised taxes on 2/3's of Delawarians 3 times in 4 years and still blew out the budget.
So, the choice is between the tax-raising, big spending Democrat and the fiscal Conservative. Who's going to win that one? Coons? Really? We'll see.

Aren't all "scientific findings" called "theory"? For instance, has any scientist proved the "theory of relativity" wrong yet? Are there any scientists working on a "theory" of their own that might replace it as a better explanation of what is happening? Will the theory of relativity stay in place as "the best explanation" until another scientist's theory is found to be a better explanation?
You seem to have missed that part ~ just wanted you to know.
Now, about gradual change over time, what about "hearts" ~ same old same old over GEOLOGIC SPANS OF TIME. Maybe an extra tube or something here or there, but it's essentially the same organ whether you find it in a frog or a fish or a bug! It's a tube with valves and muscles. It beats regularly. Everybody has one, although Octupi have "helpers" ~ of course we have special valves in our leg veins, and then there are the arteries ~ they aid the flow.

It is astounding to me the higher than mighty comments against O’Donnell.
Even among other conservatives.
That’s why it’s called a THEORY!! They might as well say “HOPE”.....we HOPE there is evolution because we are ATHEISTS!!

I hold no brief for those who regularly watch what passes for comedy as delivered by the aforementioned degrading "comedians"......or who patronize their advertisers or buy their books.
Unfunny would-be comedian, Bill O'Reilly, the blackmailer of Republican Christine O'Donnell, is now in the process of building up and providing massive exposure and a platform for Bill Maher, the other blackmailer of Christine O'Donnell. Disgusting!
Too many of today's "cool comedy" shows are, in great part, tragedy...and too many of today's "cool comedians" are but mere pitiful players on a fleeting stage.....and whose names will be forgotten in the annals of true comedic talents.

My last comments; I never said the theory was invalid; it’s a reasonable set of postulants to Darwin’s observations. The scientific method requires VERIFICATION of new information, not acceptance.
Darwin’s theories should always be looked at with the same critical eye physicists now use for Einstein’s.
Maher doesn’t make Coons any more appealing. He apparently doesn’t have a problem with those who “dabble” in Marxism.
Now we have a authentic female Reagan, it can't get any better. Just so they get her name right, you can't buy all the attention this provides.

Great rant! Today’s comedians are pathetic when compared to the generation before, truly pathetic in every way you described.
