WASHINGTON, D.C. As students begin their school year, President Barack Obama will deliver his second annual Back-to-School Speech at 1:00 p.m. EDT on Tuesday, September 14 at Julia R. Masterman Laboratory and Demonstration School in Philadelphia, PA, a 2010 National Blue Ribbon School. The Presidents Back-to-School Speech is an opportunity to speak directly to students across the country. Last year, President Obama encouraged students to study hard, stay in school, and take responsibility for their education.
Every single one of you has something youre good at. Every single one of you has something to offer. And you have a responsibility to yourself to discover what that is. Thats the opportunity an education can provide, President Obama <

No and hell no. I know several teachers and they didn’t show it the last time and I’m sure they won’t do it this time either.
It was a big deal last year on both sides.
The Baraqqis see it as another chance to indoctrinate our youth.
Patriots see it for what it is.
In some locales there was enough resistance to keep it out of the schools. My daughter (3rd grade teacher) complied with the directive to have it on but conveniently hit the mute button and kept on teaching.
I thought the idiot would have learned his lesson and not tried this again. But no, he’s a Democrat. They don’t learn from their mistakes.
"Peace be upon you, my children. All are welcome. Come into the light of Tolerance and 'Freedom' of 'Expression.'"
"Islam was present in America since before the time of Abraham. In fact, Muslims discovered America. All together now, there is no God but........"
(You understand, kids. THis is just between 'us.' Obama is so English. Obama is much more interesting in Farsi.)
Because his first annual "speech" went over so well...
Actually I guess we should applaud his penchant for getting facetime and making "speeches." If he ever buckled down and seriously went to work, we'd really be screwed.
Are they going to learn new songs to sing to the "Great One"? ;-)
Nice sentence structure from the smartest man alive. Would it have passed the editor of Harvard Law Review?
How about this: Disclose your academic records - all of them - including your application, financial aid, transcripts, grades, etc from Occidental and Harvard.
We got a message on our phone yesterday. Our son is in middle school.
The usual, duh!: “stay in school.”
Study your Koran, go to Columbia and Harvard, and run for office. You too can play golf and live on the taxpayers dime.
I think he’ll just preach Black Lib Theology, after a crumb thrown to the “tolerant” union teachers. You know, HOW AMERICA SUCKS and how we have to be FAIRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.
This guy creeps me out more as each day passes. I would NEVER let my kid go to class that is going to air this. I’m sure lots of parents feel the same.
Waht are they going to do, set up broadcasting equipment in the clubhouse and tape it before he tees off?
Kissing up to his friends in the teachers union-—that’s all it is!!!
will this also be accompanied with Obama/sponsored curriculum?
Will the kiddies pledge to support the great O?
Going to speak at my kids school next week.
Had to force my kid to go to school that day. He doesn’t want to be anywhere near him.
Was it raining in DC today? I didn’t think Obama
worked weekends!
And every single one of your speechwriters doesn't know that you don't end a sentence with a preposition. Who's the smart one here, Baraqqi?
My daughter is a 7th grade teacher and she will not be showing his crap in her class.
Good for your kid. He must have wonderful parents!
