The cars were exploding and some melting this heat was so bad...so yes I can easily see houses exploding until they shut down the gas lines to the area.

BP oil spill was an underwater volcanic force.
Right now on KTVU they reported that a coroner is there and there is so far 1 casualty. One gentlemen that lived further up from the explosion ran out of the garage with his video camera and shot film of the explosion. However he stated that for the past few days the smell of gas was present.
I wonder if anyone reported about it when the smell was first noticed. He also stated that a PG & E crew was there some days ago where the explosion occur.
I thought the news was also vague about the Fires in Detroit.
They were jumping houses in different neigborhoods..
Not sure if they know what Started the New York Staten Island Fires or the Boulder Colorado Fires yet...

24in natural gas line explosion in San Bruno. 6 alarm. Approx 45 houses on fire. At least 2 reported fatel, at least 15 taken to hospitals
Much is the earths cycles...rather like the seasons cylce...we are in say a winter cycle, where stuff naturally happens. And yes it seems like more than we once knew because we ehear things so fast with the internet and all communications getting happenings out there much much faster.

You would think the pressure would be bleeding off by now.
I read there was one arrest related to the Detroit fires. Not sure how much or if he was responsible.
