Democratic Sen. Barbara Boxer and her Republican opponent Carly Fiorina will square off Wednesday night in the only debate scheduled so far in a race that polls show is a toss up between the two women.
The hour-long event at St. Mary’s College in Moraga begins at 7 p.m. It will be televised on CBS affiliates up and down the state, including on KTTV in Los Angeles. The debate is being sponsored by the San Francisco Chronicle and KQED public radio and will be streamed live on both sponsors’ web sites. C-Span is also televising the forum.

Boxer keeps mentioning Feinstein and after this debate Feinstein will say “BABS SHUT UP!”

OK Fiorina took a good tack here, discussing central valley issues.
What do you want them to do? Juggle? Geez, Louise. This is serious stuff and is not meant for entertainment except maybe for political junkies like ourselves. Overall Fiorina is wiping the floor with Boxer and that grade is awarded especially in light of the lefty moderator and the panel.
And just now again the moderator is trying to tip the scale for Boxer by doing his own follow-up, cutting her off when Fiorina is answering his extra question demanding a simple yes-or-no answer.
Smack down on the water issue. Fiorina with numbers, Boxer with rambling.
She is drowning badly. What a dumb jerk.

Just getting on this...Fiorina does seem to be smaacking down Boxer....neither are actually impressive...but Fiornia appears to be prepared. Boxer coming from how she preseives herself and her position.
