Here's something new for the birthers to chew over: President Barack Obama's passport. Says he was born in Hawaii! But the White House has strategically fuzzed out certain data, so the mystery continues.
Now, it's his official passport, which means it's new, so the true believers will not be persuaded. Not that they ever would.

Well, someone finally figured out why Obama nominated Elana Kagan for the Supreme Court.... Pull up the Supreme Courts website, go to the docket and search for Obama.
She was the Solicitor General for all the suits against him filed with the Supreme Court to show proof of natural born citizenship. He owes her big time. All of the requests were denied of course. They were never heard. It just keeps getting deeper and deeper, doesn’t it?
The American people mean nothing any longer. It’s all about payback time for those that compromised themselves to elect someone that really has no true right to even be there. We should be getting so sick of all of this nonsense. The USA has finally become the laughing stock of the world.
And who was the Solicitor General for all of the other lawsuits the US Government is privy too?
are you saying that in that capacity, she could not have influenced the federal cases brought against Obama, and whether they were thrown out on technicalities?

I'm saying that Birther lawsuits area all a joke. Period. Every one, because only Congress can remove the President from office.
Rather than accept that simple fact, and do something useful, like elect Republicans to Congress, Birthers look for other reasons that they always lose, and hit upon conspiracy theories, such as, (and this is a new one to me) the Solicitor General (improperly I assume) influenced the federal cases.
Folks, there is a reason why no attorney capable of fixing a parking ticket will take Birther cases. You don't have a case, no matter how much you want to have one. Birthers speculating about a "fix" causing Birther cases to lose can be compared to proponents of a perpetual motion machine speculating about how there must be a "fix" by some shadowy conspiracy that keeps influencing the test results, and causing the perpetual motion machine to not work.
No, the problem is that perpetual motion isn't possible, just as the courts can't remove the President from office. BO doesn't need to "fix" Birther cases, any more than the physics establish would need to fix trials of a perpetual motion machine.
Waiting for whiny rebuttal along lines of: "But BO isn't President, so he isn't in office, so that rule doesn't apply." I put the over/under at three posts.

That's right. Not only that, but the "announcements" in the newspaper don't give the name of the child so how could that be used as proof of the announcement of HIS birth without question?
Hawaii's Territorial Law, Chapter 57 - "VITAL STATISTICS, I", shown beginning pg 23 of 29, (the law in effect in 1961) allowed the parents (or grandparents or other relative) of baby's born anywhere in the world to be eligible to apply for a Hawaiian birth certificate. A mailed-in form (without mention of a hospital, doctor, or midwife) signed by one of his grandparents (who forged the parent signature(s)) would have been enough to set up a birth record and a birth certificate at the Dept of Health. The Dept of Health would (presumably) then have automatically sent the names of the parents, their address as given on the mailed-in form , the gender of the child, and the date of birth to the Honolulu Advertiser and Star-Bulletin. The address given for the parents in the newspaper announcements is actually, however, the August 1961 home address of Obama’s maternal grandparents Stanley and Madelyn Dunham [6085 Kalanianaole Highway], and not the 1961 home address of Barack Obama, Sr. [625 11th Ave].)
It's easy to see how Barry, if born in Kenya, would have been registered by his Grandma (who's address appears in the announcement) for a HI b.c. based on the law in effect at the time.

If you are a citizen at birth in the US, you will be eligible to be President. Unless you have a court statement or ruling backing up your view, that’s just your own supposition/definition, contrary to common understanding of the term.

Yes, it does help sometimes to actually READ the Constitution to find out what it says. Read up on impeachment, folks, its the only path.

Also, after the fixed "Place of Birth" followed by a slash, the French translation should start with the word "Lieu" which is barely decipherable. It's the only word on that line that is. Why?
