PHOENIX – A judge has blocked the most controversial sections of Arizona's new immigration law from taking effect Thursday, handing a major legal victory to opponents of the crackdown.
The law will still take effect Thursday, but without many of the provisions that angered opponents — including sections that required officers to check a person's immigration status while enforcing other laws.

Well seems to me a loop hole here.
1. It's illegal to ask an "undocumented visitor" for his/her papers.
2. So how is the cop going to distinguish those American citizens and legal immigrants (green card holders) from the illegals?
3. So its legal to ask American citizens and Green card holders to show their papers.
Looks like a case of reverse racial profiling...and uneven application of the law.

Why doesn’t the “judge” just cede Arizona to Mexico and be done with it? These tyrants in black prove once again that laws don’t really matter to certain (DUmocrat voting) citizens nor will they be enforced against those non-citizens who are here illegally or otherwise.
Author of the bill Russel Pearce was just on KTAR. Basically, said this judge’s opinion aka., personal dislikes on the law is irrelevant. She needs to point out how this law is unconstitutional but all she did is point out opinions. Continued to say that these are the types of judges who legislate from the bench and this needs to stop.

SUCCEED? , NO. Since the civil war determined that states can not succeed, a recent UN court just made it legal to claim independence. Kosovo just got approval from the UN to become an independent state apart from Serbia with the approval and full backing of Obummer and OBiden. Very simple Jan, you can become the Arizona territory again and enforce your own laws.
Green Card holders...(Legal Immigrants)...are REQUIRED to carry their Green Cards and other ID with them at all times.
Seems the judge just invalidated a big chunk of federal law...?
If ILLEGALS are going to be protected and provided benefits and allowed to vote, then the obvious question is:
For how much longer shall Legal Americans continue to strive to do things LEGALLY?
Here's a puzzler: about 10 years ago a guy I worked with was stopped for not having tags on his license plate (this is in New Mexico, where you only have a rear plate). His plate had been stolen and replaced with a brand-new plate. The cop said the number on the new plate wasn't even in the system yet!
