Tea Partiers Easily Put On The Defensive. Stop it!
It is truly unfortunate that some on our side are so easily put on the defensive. NAACP, president, Ben Jealous slandered millions of decent Tea Party patriots by saying we tolerate racists signs. We do not. Not one liberal mainstream media outlet demand that Jealous produce the “Lynch Barack Obama” and “Lynch Eric Holder” signs he claimed to have seen. Thus, the liberal media are saying these violent racist signs exist and the tea partiers are guilty simply because Jealous says so.
Furthering their efforts to discredit the tea party movement by portraying them as racist, the liberal media attacked our Mark Williams for a satirical comment on his blog. Mark is a personal friend who is not a racist; far from it. On his blog, Mark was making a point about the blatant hypocrisy and backwardness of the NAACP.
Meanwhile, the liberal media typically ignores “real racism” coming from the left. A member of the New Black Panther Party boldly proclaimed he hates crackers (white people) and they need to “kill more crackers”. Has the liberal media confronted the NAACP about denouncing the New Black Panthers' hate-filled racist statement? No, they have not.
And yet, folks on our side ran to the microphones to denounce Mark Williams and Tea Party Express, which is the most effective, ethical and powerful conservative voice of We The People. Dear Lord people, wake up and smell the liberal media manipulation!
News Flash! The liberal mainstream media vehemently desire to “crush” the Tea Party Movement. They want us to fail! It is foolish to pander to our enemy. The liberal media will distort, lie and do whatever to divide and conquer us. Brothers and sisters, we can not fall for it. God bless.

I believe the Obama administration is behind the NAACP attack on the Tea Party Movement. With the help of Geraldo, of course.
Too many phony conservatives or wimpish conservatives follow the example set by DC sell-outs in the McCain/McConnell/Grahamnesty model. Hide under your desk, apologize or join the other side. These get RINO’s invited to the “right” DC cocktail parties.

Her comment essentially eliminates the backlash that was coming to the NAACP. Whoever elected this broad needs to take a look at what just happened. What cowards in the biggest war of our time.

The NAACP has probably noticed that there are an increasing number of speakers and leaders, such as yourself, who are raising awareness. The *race* card is a sign of desperation and we should not get distracted or defensive.
We should rename ourselves the Tea and Chocolate Cracker Party!
Never take the bait of a professional racist and race-hustling organization. Think about it; an organization promoting only african rights and having exclusive black-only membership is telling an organization with members of all races that they are racist. The corrupt old media will carry their racist banner, but that is what they do, promote racist black organizations and bring to heal the incredibly gullible whites. Don’t be manipulated folks. Ignore the Black Klan and move on. Relabel them for what they are; the Black Klan.
I agree with you and, if we (The Tea Parties) don’t stop trying to defend ourselves against out-and-out lies, the Tea Parties may very well be damaged and, in some cases, destroyed.
As a child I played softball and basketball.... the opposing team ALWAYS had cheerleaders and bench-warmers YELLING negative remarks at my team to “distract” us. A childhood strategy that only works on weak players! A good player simply “tuned them out” and “stayed focused” on “their game plan”.
The Liberals and their “highly used” word games are the left-winger’s most used tool of attack. As intelligent Conservatives we MUST NOT let them distract us from our main focus!

I watched an NAACP spokeperson claim last night on FOXNews that the photos of the signs they have online were proof even after a tea party spokeperson had informed him that the signs came from “Crash the Teaparty”. They lie and now with this are proven liars yet they are still treated as the gold standard by the MSM. The media wonders why they are bleeding views....could it be that we have figured out that they lie?
I agree 100% with this Lloyd! You are a loved and respected American, with more class and character than most here in America.
I am still waiting for 1) evidence of so called intimidation at the voting places during the Bush elections. Reports of such all over media and even FOXNEWS are news to me. and 2) someone tell me how the billboard showing pictures of 0, stalin and hitler are racist??? How so? That is another thing I have not heard answered, and imo they are not in the least. Bush was compared to and pictured as in signs, a monkey and hiter, there was no outcry at all.
No. Ignoring is the worst option. These people are our enemies and will do everything to destroy us. Fight back, dirty, hard and resolutely.
He is aptly named. He is insanely jealous of the Tea parties success, because they are effective and occur nationwide in large numbers.
Three points:
1. We have already lost the battle. Every “conservative” commentator on the talks shows today agreed that the TP has to purge the racist from the organization, just as other organization should. They have bought the liberal meme and are running scared.
2. The Black columnist from Chicago whose name escapes me let the cat out of the bag so to speak. He said that the Dems have to win the independents, suburban voters back and they, as a group, do not want to be associated with groups seen as racist or the candidates they support.
3. I think there is a plan by the Left to build this meme for the next month or so and then stage a racist incident at a TP rally somewhere after coordinating with the LSM for full coverage. It wouldn’t take much and would turn the Indies against anyone the Tea Party supported. All it would take is a couple of SEIU thugs wearing Gadsen Flag t-shirts and a fellow Black SEIU member willing to take a beating in front of the TV cameras, for the good of the country of course. The TP people need to be real cognizant of this type of thing for the next couple of month.
And then, show me the proof that the sign-holders were Tea Partiers and not lib plants.

It drives them CRAZY when we ignore them! It implies that they are not respected. Reverse-Alinsky them and laugh.
Then, guard the polling places to reduce/remove voter fraud.
The NAACP has become nothing more than the SEIU (Unions) with racist membership laws.
Both were a good idea when they were first established, to protect the rights of citizens who were discriminated against unfairly, to provide a means to a better education for those denied due to discrimination, or used like slaves by their employers.
Just like UNIONS have to have strikes once in a while to remind their members why they pay exorbitant fees to the Union, The NAACP has to keep racism in the ‘eye’ of the public, even if they have to make it up. Otherwise, they lose their funding.
The TEA PARTY is different than the NBPP,NAACP and SEIU in this very important way.
The TEA PARTY has no ‘leader’. No leader who gets rich selling rides on a carousel in hopes we will be able to grab a ‘golden ring’. No ‘leader’ that appears on the NEWS and TALK SHOWS. No special laws, written to give them special privileges. No ‘restrictions’ on membership, like race, or income level.
Really. Tea Partiers shouldn’t dignify the NAACP “resolution” with any response. Just keep on keeping on.

Thanks for that reminder, Lloyd!! I, for one, am an unrepentant Tea Partier, and marched along with you, and the million or more Tea Partiers last September. I saw quite a few signs that day, and not ONE of them had any racial overtones at ALL!! We are concerned about government spending and the over-reach of government into the economy and our personal lives. Those issues are color-blind.
