Tea Partiers Easily Put On The Defensive. Stop it!
It is truly unfortunate that some on our side are so easily put on the defensive. NAACP, president, Ben Jealous slandered millions of decent Tea Party patriots by saying we tolerate racists signs. We do not. Not one liberal mainstream media outlet demand that Jealous produce the “Lynch Barack Obama” and “Lynch Eric Holder” signs he claimed to have seen. Thus, the liberal media are saying these violent racist signs exist and the tea partiers are guilty simply because Jealous says so.
Furthering their efforts to discredit the tea party movement by portraying them as racist, the liberal media attacked our Mark Williams for a satirical comment on his blog. Mark is a personal friend who is not a racist; far from it. On his blog, Mark was making a point about the blatant hypocrisy and backwardness of the NAACP.
Meanwhile, the liberal media typically ignores “real racism” coming from the left. A member of the New Black Panther Party boldly proclaimed he hates crackers (white people) and they need to “kill more crackers”. Has the liberal media confronted the NAACP about denouncing the New Black Panthers' hate-filled racist statement? No, they have not.
And yet, folks on our side ran to the microphones to denounce Mark Williams and Tea Party Express, which is the most effective, ethical and powerful conservative voice of We The People. Dear Lord people, wake up and smell the liberal media manipulation!
News Flash! The liberal mainstream media vehemently desire to “crush” the Tea Party Movement. They want us to fail! It is foolish to pander to our enemy. The liberal media will distort, lie and do whatever to divide and conquer us. Brothers and sisters, we can not fall for it. God bless.

I agree - it should be up to the NAACP to prove that the Tea Party is racist - not up to us to prove we’re not.
Perhaps we should take the offensive a bit more (as the NRA did in 2000 when they were getting creamed) and simply call Obama RACIST - and, of course, have back-up to prove it (as the NRA did).
Why are people so swayed by the opinions of others? Is it doubt that what you believe in is really what you believe in? Reagan didn't have this problem. Neither does Rush. This is one thing that separates the great from the almost great.
That’s what happens when you have politicians take control of a movement. They just gave the NAACP and WH a huge win by throwing Williams under the bus for being a “racist”.
Whoever did that needs to resign.

Personally I think the whole thing is an intentional distraction to keep the media from picking up on the voter intimidation thing.
We had reached a period of relative quiet from the tea parties and out of the blue comes this “resolution” to stir things up.
I’m a long time supporter of firm border control so being called a racist doesn’t even phase me anymore.
I hope people on our side fight back ruthlessly against these racist jerks.
Lloyd is correct, saw the CNN clip and the newsman even said he saw offensive signs at a Tea Party rally. What do you expect from Clinton New Network.

I disagree with you and Marcus both. It’s not “up to the NAACP” to prove the Tea Partiers are racist. The MSM is using the NAACP’s proclamation to “prove” the Tea Partiers are racist. “Look, the NAACP declared them racist, so it must be the truth.” This is why we must fight this tooth and nail.
Prove it. Show me.
You can only be put on the defensive if you allow it to happen. Again, the Tea Party should ignore the rants of the NAACP. It only give them credibility by responding and it won’t do any good anyway.

Indeed. The charges have been refuted. Turn the tables on these mofos. Accuse them of racism for making the phony charges. Ask why the MSM won’t address that issue. Or why it NEVER asks NAACP, La Raza, CAIR et al about the blatant racism within its own ranks.
Ask Jealous if his comments weren’t based on his own personal hatred of white people. And let’s see if he tries to rationalize it by “I’ve got a white daddy” excuse. Maybe that’s why he’s a racist in the first place.

Yup. If you call the race baiters out and refuse to play their game they'll eventually back down. I remember Rush always getting tagged with that. He refused to acknowledge it and the accusers had nothing. Whenever an NAACP racist like Jealous makes an accusation, the interviewer simply needs to say "Show me your evidence." Do this enough times and Jealous will be shown for the fool that he is.
