On Tuesday Obama issued a series of proposed regulations that would provide interim protections for Americans until the healthcare insurance market is more fully overhauled in 2014.
Obama administration has been working to highlight the immediate benefits of the new healthcare law to the citizens who remain skeptical of the planned rewrite. The proposed regulations would come to effect in September, this year.
It is estimated around 200,000 children and adults could benefit from the protections. The proposition also benefits millions of citizens who could gain easier access to emergency care.
The Republicans called the regulations “a bill of goods” instead of a healthcare bill.
However, Obama asserted that the law should not be used as an excuse to increase the costs. The President also warned the insurance companies to restrain their rates.
More damage to America.
He couldn’t get the price below a trillion unless they taxed us for four years before anyone got any benefits. Now he wants to totally screw us and give the care out before the pretend Medical pool is available. They will take this four years of taxes and spend it so we are screwed even worse in 2014.

The doctor will be as motivated as a Post Office worker, from a 3rd World country, on a budget and only will treat you per Government-mandated care (e.g. age, sex, health).

Government regulates the electricity, water and gas in your home via the smart grid, your taxes will increase per legislation.
Your food intake will be monitored, including salt, tobacco and alcohol via database searches related to store club cards and your credit/debit purchases.
Your internet will be regulated and taxed to support Dinosaur Media outlets who cannot survive without bailouts.
If you want a home, you must borrow the money from Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac (Government) loans.
Trains, planes and automobiles will be licensed, taxed and regulated by the DMV and EPA for mileage and permitted uses.
Voting will be skewed as millions of illegal aliens, felons, Puerto Ricans and residents of Washington, DC will be allowed to participate in the process.

The Bill (now the Law) was the framework. Within the framework that is now law, are scores of agencies and commissions. Each of those will issue regulations, which have the force of law. As POTUS, zerO can issue EOs that apply to these agency and commission regulations.
His base will be ecstatic.
