Lodewijk Asscher, Amsterdam's mayor, has ordered the new decoy strategy to cut the number of verbal and physical attacks on Jews, amid fears that anti-Semitic "hate crime" is on the rise.
"Jews in at least six Amsterdam neighbourhoods often cannot cross the street wearing a skullcap without being insulted, spat at or even attacked," according to local reports.
...The footage showed young men, often of immigrant origin, shouting and making Nazi salutes at a rabbi when he visited different areas of the Dutch capital.

I had bought one of the refurbs through Sportsmans Warehouse but the prey track was garbled and the "lifelike action" arm that was supposed to hold the matzos had a wierd jerky action.

This would only be a deterrent if the decoys were able to beat the snot out of the ‘immigrant youts’. The youts might think twice about picking on Jews, because they’d just never know which ones might actually fight back.
The decoys should be well-armed, and have itchy trigger fingers.
Islam is a miserable xenophobic hate cult, it must be opposed at every turn. Shame on Holland, again, for allowing Jews to be abused - does the world never learn?
The Dutch police would need to answer that question for you. The actions by the police after the decoy is "attacked" would stop those attacks in the future?
A member of the New York City police department told this story ( please note this is a second hand story, I can not confirm its accuracy ).
During the 1960s New York City small shop owners were being subjected to armed robberies, but a pattern developed of then killing the shop owners to get rid of anyone being able to later identify the robbers.
To stop these murders the NYC police began to stake out shops that were frequently robbed. As the story goes the armed robber walks in to rob the small shop, rather than apprehend the robber the staked out police would kill the robber on the spot.
The message was delivered to criminals stop killing witnesses after they were robbed. According to the retired cop it worked.
What actions will the Dutch police take after the decoy is attacked? That may get very interesting.
A footnote:
In the late 1950's a teenager working alone in a gas station just outside a small town in our area was robbed then murdered (no witnesses). No one was ever arrested for this robbery-murder.
“If we receive several reports of street robbery in a certain location, we send out the granny. That soon quietens things down,” said a spokesman.
There is definately an old Monty Python skit in it.
