"I have a little more than suspicions," Rep. Clyburn (D-SC) said of his idea that US Senate candidate Alvin Greene (D-SC) is a plant.
Rep. Clyburn went on to say the man who managed the campaign of Rep. Joe Wilson (R-SC) also managed the campaign of his [Clyburn's] opponent and Democrat Alvin Greene.
"We see that Joe Wilson, the Republican congressman -- who I asked the House to censure for disrupting the President's speech -- his campaign manager was managing my opponent's campaign and so they were running my opponent's campaign, Alvin Greene's campaign and Ben Frasier, down in the first congressional district. The only federal campaigns on the ballot, all three of those are being run [by] either the same shop and that shop was Joe Wilson's campaign manager and former staffer on his Congressional staff. So, that's all the proof I need."
RealClearPolitics called Rep. Joe Wilson's campaign office for a response to this accusation. Rep. Wilson's communication director told me Rep. Clyburn's claim is absolutely false. "Our campaign manager, Dustin Olsen, has one client and one client only in the state South Carolina and that is Joe Wilson," he told me.

The Dems just can’t admit to themselves that black voters ovewhelmingly voted for the black guy only because he was black (same reason they voted for Obummer). They are reaping what they have sewn, racial politics at its best.
The dems are trying despirately to make Greene the “anti-democrat” candidate in hopes that he will actually win the election. They know that a traditional dem can’t win against DeMint so they’re positioning this guy in the middle and pretending that they don’t want him to win.
What’s the problem? As a veteran Alvin Green is imminently more qualified to serve this nation than B Hussein Obama. I bet he’s even got a US birth certificate.
Next charge Clyburn will make is that they put LSD on the ballots.
Exactlyoso! He stands too close to Peeloosley and Stenchy How-you at those press conference. A mind is a terrible thing to waste so goes the ad and Clyburn should have his face plastered on every one of them.
Soooo... let me see if I understand this assertion correctly.
A bunch of Republicans got together and said:
“Hey I have a great idea. I know this unemployed, involuntarily discharged black man who is facing impending obscenity charges. Let’s give him money for filing for the Senate race against Jim DeMint, but let’s not have him campaign at all. I’m sure he will win the nomination!”
Is that what they are really asserting?
