Witnesses cast doubt on Israel's convoy raid account

Eyewitness accounts from ships raided by Israeli commandos have cast doubt on Israel's version of events that led to the deaths of at least 10 people.

German pro-Palestinian activist Norman Paech said he had only seen wooden sticks being brandished as troops abseiled on to the deck of the ship.

Israel says its soldiers were attacked with "knives, clubs and other weapons" and opened fire in self defence.

The raid led to widespread condemnation and the UN has called for an inquiry.

” Eyewitness accounts from ships raided by Israeli commandos have cast doubt “

Yeah - there’s a real unbiased, factual, unimpeachable source...

About what you’d expect from BBC, though

The raid led to widespread condemnation and the UN has called for an inquiry.

And yet Hezbollah can shell Israel with impunity and not a word of "condemnation" from anyone, much less the UN.

Normal anti-Israeli garbage from the notorioulsy antisemitic BBC.
Hey BBC, the Israelis recorded everything on video. It's available online for anyone to watch it.

Sloppy choice of words. "Witnesses dispute" is probably what was meant. It's hard sometimes to decide whether this sort of media malfeasance is intentional or just the natural fruit of borderline skills.

To my way of thinking, the floatilla should consider itself luck to still be afloat.

Nailed. Pallywood meets a defeat. They did not account for night vision cameras.

Had it been in the day time, they would be doing “flops” for the cameras. Pretending to fall over from beatings, etc.

As the media turns.

F ing liars. They have pics of the steel pipes and knives that were used and they took two pistols and shot IDF troops.

The propaganda in regard to Israel is of such epic proportions that it is frightening when you consider the Good and Evil aspects.

Oh, I'm sure a german pro-palestinian activist is an irreproachable "witness" whose testimony is 100% reliable in this matter.
