We know who bit.

We know who didn’t bite.

We know who paid Will Folks to push this story out there.

I lurk at Redstate, but I no longer contribute.

RedState was all agog about Rudy Giuliani for President during the last Primary. They kept shooting down Rudy's dissenters - even purging a few - with “Strict Constructionists judges” talk, etc. etc.

I was the one who broke the news - yes, little old ME - about the George Will Interview a few years back where Rudy Giuliani not only endorsed abortion and PBA, but openly called Roe v. Wade “Good Constitutional Law.” They accused me of spreading a rumor.

So I bought the video transcript and posted it. It then wound-up in a Romney campaign ad against Rudy. Only some Romney folks (to their credit) were honest enough to specifically credit me for remembering this exact interview.

RedState’s response to me was, essentially, “This doesn't change anything.” They then continued to tout Rudy's pledge to appoint “Strict Constructionists” to the SCOTUS, ignoring the PROVEN fact that Rudy's definition of “Strict Constructionism” was RADICALLY different from a Conservative’s definition.

Now you can't even talk about homosexual rights issues, or Obama’s birth, or a few other topics............

That's why FR is still king.

I saw the local Fox News interview with Folks as they “caught him” walking down the street to his house.....Folks,after he initially sprang this story, said he would speak no more of it, therefore anyone who felt this way would logically walk a few blocks home when you could have easily parked right in front of your house.....
Anyway, I digress...Folks was obviously lying...he had a smirk on his face and the part he smirked biggest at was when he mentioned Barrett's name! I am beating on it being McMaster! He is old school good old boy SC politics to the highest degree!!
