It's just bit creepy when someone that is investigating you and intends to write a book about you moves next door. Especially if your name is Todd or Sarah Palin. Surely someone is due a little privacy at home right? Tonight Mark Levin took an extraordinary step on Palin's behalf. Levin called Joe McGinniss the erstwhile writer/investigator/author/creeper and asked for an interview on the phone. When Levin did not receive a return call he did something startling-he gave out the email of Joe McGinniss.
Levin pointed out that Liberal Activists are becoming more brazen about upsetting business people and conservatives by going to their homes. Witness SEIU scaring the family of Bank of America Executive Greg Baer recently (upsetting his child). Levin's move is quite interesting. Liberal groups have stalked and provoked their opponents for years. Yet Levin feels it's time to turn the tables on their behavior. I mean, if McGinniss wants to know everything about Palin don't we deserve to know all about him.
Watching kids and wives and husbands at home is not fair game.-especially when it's not an elected official. Levin says its high time to do something about the media's double standard towards the treatment of female Conservatives. I agree and by the way, Mark Levin says the Joe McGinniss' email is: JoeMcGinniss@gmail.com if you would like to say hi to him in Wasilla, Alaska.
It’s not “your” property, Joe. You’re just renting.

Much better to e-mail Random House than McGiness. He won’t read the mails. RH has to:

I would hope Sarah has some good neighbors...who can make sure there’s several months of urgent public utility work at the foot of his driveway...work that involves frequent and prolonged disruption of power...a local sheriff who understands the ins/outs of roadside inspection...local merchants who find his Yankee accent confusing with his orders.....
Frankly these people are not interested in the rest of the world either.
*ping*
I had it wrong. Alan Grayson’s address was published as a joke, but I didn’t get the joke or make the connection since it’s a common name and showed a VA address before it showed the FL address. LOL.
Heheheh! The Palin's should write a school play that has loud arguments and outlandish plots. Practice their lines in their living room and wait for the book to come out and then release tapes of their practice to the world.
Too bad...Grayson is a psycho.
Watch this for proof...

You may be right, but there were nine Dumocrats running and five Reps. I just don’t see Treasury assigning 14 protective details. It may be that W authorized a protective detail for the candidates when they had been winnowed down by the last couple of primaries and before the conventions.
IMO he and his family are fair game.
The other poster had a good point, doesn’t hurt if we show some class in how we object to this clown.
I didn’t say that EVERY primary candidate received protection, but I remember that BHO did, due to death threats; and if jerks like this weird stalker can simply move next door to spy on her family, then yeah, I say she should announce her candidacy and immediately request protection from all the weirdo stalkers.
A NYT review of The Delivery Man:
Oh i agree with you. Serious writers actually do exhaustive research and interview hundreds of their subjects peers; both friends and detractors...they don't stalk their subjects. And they will politely ask the subject for an exclusive interview., which they don't always get. Activist writers try to become part of the story themselves so they'll have something controversial to write about. There is no way a conservative public figure like Sarah Palin would give an interview/actual quotes directly to a democrat activist stalker...other than to say "Stay the hell away from my family".
"IMO he and his family are fair game."
I agree again. The problem there is nobody would buy a book about Mr. McGinnis.

Whoops, and thanks hennie pennie!
"UPDATE: I haven't been able to reach McGinniss, but did send an errant email to his son, the novelist Joe McGinniss Jr., who replied, "Sadly, she's right. We tried our best to intervene, but alas, the heart wants what it wants. We can only pray for him now. He's convinced that Todd will step aside and when the time is right, he'll be there, right next door, to pick up the pieces."
