This was planned for some time by the SEIU as part of a larger national event, their Showdown on K Street, which was shared with National People’s Action and thousands of other activists from MoveOn.org and other left-wing groups.
Prior to the main event on K Street in Washington DC, SEIU and company made a little pit stop. According to Fortune magazine Washington editor Nina Easton, 14 busloads of riled up protesters unloaded on Baer’s private property and stormed up to his doorstep, while his teenage son was home alone. Easton is a neighbor of Baer’s and had called to check on her neighbor’s son when she heard and saw all the commotion outside. Easton writes,
“Waving signs denouncing bank “greed,” hordes of invaders poured out of 14 school buses, up Baer’s steps, and onto his front porch. As bullhorns rattled with stories of debtor calls and foreclosed homes, Baer’s teenage son Jack — alone in the house — locked himself in the bathroom. “When are they going to leave?” Jack pleaded when I called to check on him.
Baer, on his way home from a Little League game, parked his car around the corner, called the police, and made a quick calculation to leave his younger son behind while he tried to rescue his increasingly distressed teen. He made his way through a din of barked demands and insults from the activists who proudly “outed” him, and slipped through his front door.
“Excuse me,” Baer told his accusers, “I need to get into the house. I have a child who is alone in there and frightened.”
Imagine what you would have done if your child were inside that house and that mob was on your front lawn as you tried to reach him.

But no one is asking why BOA resold her mortgage 3 times.
This repacking of Mortgages and not having banks hold them do to the risk vis-a-ve the CRA and Fannie and Freddie is never mentioned.
Perhaps if it was 20% down 30 yr fixed and not all these exotic mortgage's would she be in this dilemma? I cannot say that would have made her situation less painful., I do not know her or her finances. But one may ask this or is that now verboten...

This is about the SEIU’s loan to Bank of America, 90 million dollars they have to Obama during his campaign.

This event happened a little over 20 years ago.
The chief of police at that time was a friend and actually let my sons and I sight in our deer rifles and me to practice on the pistol range. Even then he had some redneck qualities. He was a good guy.
We had just started the illegals getting out of control due to our liberals in Sacramento and here.
So, our chief of police had started to gear down on situations like this and workout ROE’s to handle situations like this.
Also, another good friend, a retired Air Force firearms expert and I had discussed something similiar to this a few times before it happened. The fact that I was on my front porch with two loaded shotguns could have been a problem even then. We had a very liberal DA who was a bleeding heart and a closet anti gun prick.
I did what and said what my former Air Force friend told me, particuliarly telling the cops that we had been threatened by these ass holes. This friend now lives on the east coast has ex official workshops on what you can do in situations like this, what to say do and to tell the cops.
Our past chief of police, an American born Hispanic is very tough on illegals. However, he and his men have to play the game to prevent the racist card from being played. Our current DA was brought in as an asst years ago to break up the gangs. He did a great job and as a result he became our DA. He with the American born Hispanic Police Chief and the mayor, a Marine in his younger days worked out protocols for the cops to handle the situation starting with insuring every cop was a marksman and carrying M14’s in the patrol cars as well as the riot guns. The gang members know that our cops are well trained and will use their weapons to protect themselves or the public.
My finest hour, bar none.

You are the norm, any good cop, speaking candidly, will tell you that effective police have the ability to think like a criminal, that's how they catch 'em.
Most ordinary people don't have that ability, so they are at a disadvantage when dealing with criminals.
However, education helps. You can learn how criminals think and operate, and how liberals think and operate. It's pretty much the same course.
This story is absoutely outrageous, and I have heard nothing about it on the news. I don’t watch Fox as much as I used to, but I do watch a good portion of every show. As far as I know, this has not been mentioned.
Those union thugs can be terrifying. I had an encounter at our State Capitol with Asfme a couple of years ago. They absolutely occupy the rotunda and march in circles with their signs and call anybody who walks by who is not with them ugly names. And then they take over the hearing rooms and occupy all of the public seats.
I don’t know why it is tolerated.

Beck is the one Fox personality I seldom see. His broadcasts are at the wrong times for me. Sme with Cavuto. I’m surprised that none of the others have picked it up. Nina Easton is often a panelist on the Bret Baier show.
