This joke of an illegal immigrant issue is about to get serious (KSU Incident)
Marietta Daily Journal ^ | May 17, 2010 | Dick Yarbourough

Posted on 05/18/2010 7:09:35 AM PDT by ethics

Dick Yarbroughslideshow I am confused. Kennesaw State student Jennifer Colotl clearly broke the law – a federal law – and is a darling to the illegal immigrant advocates for doing so. Cobb Sheriff Neal Warren is upholding the law – a federal law – and is being vilified by the same people applauding their law-breaking student. The illegal immigration lobby is calling him “Wild West Warren.” If I were Sheriff Warren, I would wear that title as proudly as my badge.

Are we saying that if it suits our special interest purposes, we can ignore the law and the other side should not en-force it? That sounds a little bit like anarchy to me.

The two most comical parts of this not-so-funny story is that Colotl wants to be a lawyer (Great. Just what we need, another lawyer.) but sees no irony in breaking the law to attain her goal.

The other joke is that KSU President Dr. Daniel Papp may be privy to the same quality public relations advice as the Cobb County School Board. He said he was “thrilled” that Senorita Colotl was going to be allowed back in school, even though she is likely taking up the seat of a child whose parents are here legally and who has a valid driver’s license and a valid address. That is thrilling?

Unless the government starts enforcing immigration law the system will soon domino out; anarchy may result.

It may be a good idea to keep track of the members of the media whose reporting encourages the violation of immigration law.

If we live in a lawless country, why are still obeying the law? We are the suckers.

The pro illegal immigrant rioters and protesters are violent people.

They throw bottles at police.

They display the Mexican flag.

They burn the American flag.

They throw rocks at police.

They beat up counter protesters who support the Arizona bill.

By doing all of these things, they are certainly not doing their cause any good.

Now how can we get them to continue these violent outbursts?

Because mostly, laws help us. They enable us to live together peacefully. I couldn't live where I do and hold down a job if I had to guard the place against looters all day, for example. That's why we would rather have immigration law enforced than go the other way and have anarchy, even though conservatives would most likely come out on top in any anarchic scenario.

This Chatholic Charities position on illegal aliens:

“The Church further teaches that government exists, “not to confine its people within the boundaries of their nation, but to protect, above all else, the common good of the entire human family” (Pope John XXIII, 1963). The Church recognizes a nation’s right to control its borders to further the common good. Yet, the common good is not served when policies and laws violate rights of the individual.”

Can anybody explain this, the Country has the right to control its borders but it really doesn’t have the right to do?’

Why hasn’t Catholic Charities discussed the issue with Fidel Castro or Hugo Chavez?

Give them my simple 3 part plan to remedy illegal immigration. 1. Deport or imprison ALL illegal aliens. Every last one of them. 2.Seal the borders. 3. SHOOT anyone who trys to re-cross illegally. That should take care of it.

It’s out of control as i witnessed last night in person at the Pasadena City Council Chambers. The council voted to condemn Arizona and SB1070 as the number of illegals (by my profiling estimate) that stood before the council received sympathy and the law abiding citizens were looked at with scorn. Amazing to witness this and I will never feel the same about my city again. The leaders here stomped on my liberties and my right to protection.

If she was able to work so hard for her degree, why couldn’t she work equally hard to become a citizen? Very tragic that she is breaking the law to become a lawyer. Kick her and her parents out!

The catholic charities are dumber than dirt.

True, Mexicans are usually devout catholics but then they cancel out their devoutness by voting in liberal democrats who believe in unfettered abortions.

This is a never ending cycle of evil IMHO.

California is in a lot worse shape financially and economically than Arizona therefore I believe Arizona should take immediate steps to cancel all contracts with the state of California, hurt them in their pocketbook where they cvan least afford it especially right now. Punch them in the stomach and kick them in the balls before they get up off the ground. If I were Arizona, that is what I would do.

ethics: “The end justifies the means!!!!!”

Exactly, and many voters are only now starting to catch on.

Liberals use the law as a bludgeon when it suits them. For example, abortion and homosexual sex are vitally important for leftists. Just like abortion, they’ll keep hammering away until gay marriage is the law of the land. As soon as that happens, it will be “settled” law, not subject to further change or appeal.

What about a law or ruling they disagree with? Well, they simply ignore it. For example, does anyone honestly expect liberals in Arizona to follow SB1070? They’ll simply refuse to obey and/or enforce it. I guarantee many Arizonan liberals are assuring their illegal constituents the law won’t be enforced.

So the end result of this is a country that is always pushed to the left and never the right. Criminals and leftists alike don’t follow the law. Laws are for the law abiding, aka conservatives.

And the dopes in California keep voting for this garbage.

The scum in California government regard Americans as a threat to be contained, and view their job as protecting anyone but the citizens.
