Hey, guys - I've just bought five HUGE racks of baby-back ribs - they are dying to get on the grill - with charcoal and mesquite.........with a good rub and the best BBQ sauce in the world! (Well, at LEAST, here on the high desert!) Anybody want to volunteer for baked beans, potato salad, watermelon, fresh bread/rolls, crispy tossed salad, punch, beer, corn on the cob, cole slaw, dessert?

As I look out on my Weber with four inches of cold, wet snow on it and more to come. Watching the thermometer drop to 29. I will be thinking of you. LOL
