Hey, guys - I've just bought five HUGE racks of baby-back ribs - they are dying to get on the grill - with charcoal and mesquite.........with a good rub and the best BBQ sauce in the world! (Well, at LEAST, here on the high desert!) BBQ ribs, desert temps, AZ skies? You're killing me, yorkie. ;^)
As I look out on my Weber with four inches of cold, wet snow on it and more to come. Watching the thermometer drop to 29. I will be thinking of you. LOL
BBQ at yorkie's!!! :-)
Glazing Arizona.

Welcome to the Canteen, TigersEye...sorry about your snow, with more to come. We saw the last of ours, in the shady spots, leave us during the weekend. Can you see spring in the distance?

Looks like the BBQ will only be my ribs and Mylife's beans (with ham hocks) I was hoping that everybody would chip in with some yummy dishes!
To make this cook-out a success, the following are still needed:
Potato salad
Cole slaw
Corn on the cob
Hot garlic bread
crispy cold tossed salad
deviled eggs
margaritas
beer
lemonade
cakes and pies
Anybody else 'in'?
