Irvine business relocation specialist Joseph Vranich has added another 12 companies to his growing list of companies that are moving part or all of their operations out of California.

I first noted the list when it had 100 companies. It’s now up to 129 names.

“It’s no mystery what causes companies to leave California: high taxes, undue regulation, workers’ comp costs, a legal environment stacked against businesses, and lengthy and costly construction permitting requirements,” Vranich says

I am not too excited about this. It is another example of a company that intends to suck the taxpayers dry. They want to be closer to their “host”.

We Californians hope Northrupp Grumman and all the other businesses take your advise and stay.

If wishes were horses beggars would ride.

"It has elected year after a year a bunch of hardcore radical socialists to the state legislature"

In business, we talked of 'missionary' products: new ideas, lots of work, lots of education, few initial sales. The problem in California (one of them) is that the GOP refuses to do anything to change the situation - no immediate returns! Add to this, the rigged electoral districts, and Bingo! Nothing changes and nothing will change.

The quicker California goes down the tubes, the quicker it can begin the recovery.

A few years ago I would have said “Come To Buffalo, NY- Lowest cost housing and buinsess real estate AND wages in the country”

But now businesses are leaving NY in droves too

How would one enforce that? It couldn’t possibly hold up in Federal court.

That's of course, would depend on the wisdom of the court's Latinas.

They should move to the Hampton Roads region of Virginia. It’s a right-to-work state here, taxes are moderate to low by comparison, and companies can actually feel welcome here.

Totally agree, you ruin your state stay there and fight to get it back. Other wise the rot only spreads.

Silicon Valley is still in California.

Many new start-ups still want to start in California.

As much as I hate the policies of Sacramento, reports of the death of the entrepreneural spirit of the Golden State are still exagerrated.

As long as Californians continue to run and elect the candidates they do, they deserve the mess they are in. The fix starts at their own ballot box not with the companies that are leaving.
