Being a long-time resident here in CA I saw the same thing happen here thirty years ago. We went from Reagan to Schwazennegger/Davis and SI Hayakawa to Boxer since then.

I got news fer ya, liberalism is a national proplem, not a state one. Any significant migration from anywhere in the country these days is gonna result in more liberals.

That’s the thing. They don’t want to pay high taxes but they still want to protect the tit-mouse and what not, don’t want you burning your leaves, want sex-ed in schools, sales taxes to beautify downtowns, etc.
