When a federal appeals court ruled the Pentagon could not withhold funds, she banned the military from Harvard’s campus once again. The case was challenged in the Supreme Court, which ruled the military could indeed require schools to allow recruiters if they wanted to receive federal money. Kagan, though she allowed the military back, simultaneously urged students to demonstrate against Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell.
Throughout the controversy, Kagan maintained contact with Harvard Law School’s LGBT community. She attended a meeting of the student group Lambda and spoke with its leaders. Kagan has shown her commitment to advocating for LGBT rights, and it seems clear that Kagan’s experience battling Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell on campus demonstrates she understands the needs of Harvard Law’s gay and lesbian community.

I imagined that Obama would scrape the bottom of the barrel, but I never imagined he could find someone that anti-military, anti-American, and hateful. Even for Obama, I’m impressed at the damage that a single nomination is likely to do. We must take back our government from the socialists in November of this year, and we have to make sure we don’t get overconfident as election day approaches - Obama, ACORN, and SEIU still have a huge advantage among fictional and dead voters.

Besides looking at Kagan's record on the ROTC it's wise to delve into her career-long activism and written papers in support of vastly-increased power for the Executive branch (the Presidency, for those in Rio Linda).
With another Obama term, a packed Court in cahoots with the Executive branch, an emasculated congress, plus commie organizations suing to get the Supremes to overturn every vox populi, we are in serious trouble.
Add the millions more Dim voters through amnesty plus millions more through Puerton Rican statehood plus election-stealing and plus our personal incomes largely confiscated in the years ahead, it's going to be tough to fight this calamitous tide.

How can a sitting judge be a judge when she/he is not a judge? Our country is going to sink into the wretch of history if this is allowed to stand/sit. We must fight this and also my kid laughed at the man with the ear rings and pearls. I was ashamed that is who he picked. What a loser of the highest degree!
