..... the governor of Hawaii is now publicly voicing the alleged exact location of Obama's birth, saying "the president was, in fact, born at Kapi'olani Hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii"

The disclosure is believed to be the first time a state government official has declared the precise place where Obama was born, despite numerous other published claims, including some for a different hospital in Honolulu.

The remark came Sunday night when Gov. Linda Lingle, a Republican, was interviewed on New York's WABC Radio by host Rabbi Shmuley Boteach. (The subject was addressed at the 77-minute mark HERE.)

It is a well known fact that when enough confusion is generated, most folks just shrug and walk away from controversy, rather than dig more deeply into the issue in order to understand it while holding something as a standard to which the data must be compared.

The man to whom most assign authorship for the fourteenth Amendment has stated clearly what the term Natural Born Citizen meant to the founders. You've read it and yet try to contradict that clear expression every chance you get. I agree she was natural born but you posited it in such a way as if that was a fact found by the court. It wasn’t and had nothing to with the merits.

Here they are discussing only the citizenship and the rights inherent to citizenry. There is no distinction for all rights save Article 2, 2 of the Constitution. It is the only place where the distinction matters. All other parts and parcels remain consistent across both class definitions.

The flaw in your argument rears it’s ugly head once again, in that the citizenship of the father is also a distinguishing factor in your citation. Barry even acknowledges such but doesn’t say he is not NBC, lest he not be able to see the book of secrets or do flyovers in New York.

The only loophole I could see from the HDOH’s response to Terri K was if they were only really denying, for instance, the fees paid to inspect his COLB. But when Terri K (Miss Tickly asked them to clarify which parts of her request they were denying, their response was that they denied ALL of it. That means they admitted that they have everything Terri K asked for.

Now it’s possible that they were just being lazy, lying slugs. That would match what I’ve seen from them. But we did everything we could to give them the opportunity to clarify, and at the very LEAST their statements should prompt an investigation. That’s precisely what I’ve asked for.

There is serious evidence suggesting that a forgery has occurred and that the Hawaii DOH and other governmental officials have covered it up. If that’s not enough reason to investigate - from a law enforcement perspective - then what the heck is?

And what hope is there for a country where the evidence is in our faces and hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of people are saying it needs to be investigated.... and nobody in government, media, or law enforcement will so much as open one sleeping eye and acknowledge that the request has even been made?

That is why I say this is a matter of the rule of law. The emperor is naked and we all know it. He and/or his representatives have committed crimes to cover up that he is an undocumented worker, and anybody with their eyes open knows it. But we can’t get the people we pay to enforce the laws to do one stinkin’ thing about it.

This has to end badly. We’re stepping on the brakes as hard as we can but this Toyota Regime just accelerates uncontrollably and it’s hurtling us over a cliff. If the people have no ability to stop the lawlessness, we’re all going to die together. It’s now or never.

As I said before, the plaintiffs forgot (but perhaps they did NOT forget) to ask for Obama’s financial aid records. So, they would not have found out whether Occidental had considered him a foreign student in any case. But, what really does it matter. Say that the plaintiffs had asked for the financial aid records and that it showed that Occidental had considered him a foreign student (which is unlikely, but say that it did.) Does this prove that Obama really was foreign? No it only shows that Occidental considered him a foreign student, and it has the right to consider anyone anything since it is a private organization. And besides, both the US State Department and Indonesia say that Obama was never a citizen of Indonesia.
