The disclosure is believed to be the first time a state government official has declared the precise place where Obama was born, despite numerous other published claims, including some for a different hospital in Honolulu.

Thank you for your comments. First, just to clarify, as a Law Firm, Mr. Berg cannot and will not ask the outside public to attend hearings, he could be sanctioned or disbarred for this type of behavior. The Courts interpret this to mean that the Attorney is attempting to incite or influence the Court. However, Court hearings are public record and people are entitled to attend any type of hearing they choose.
Actually, we believe Soetoro/Obama is still an Indonesian citizen.

If in fact he is Muslim, which is not our focus, and how the Muslims treat each other is not our concern.

Again, this is strictly a legal question regarding Soetoro/Obama’s citizenship status and his constitutional eligibility or lack thereof and making sure our Constitution is upheld.

It may not be much money at all. There's always blackmail. Its just like the good little church ladies who visit prisoners. First, the prisoner asks to borrow a pen to write his dying mama. The problem really isn’t with the date of birth being before the Nordykes; the problem is with the “date filed” being before the Nordykes’.
Okubo said that all Oahu birth certificates have always been received by the state registrar’s office and given a number by the state registrar on the same day - the “date filed”. Obama’s Factcheck COLB says it was given a number 3 days before the Nordykes’ were - and yet has a certificate number 2 later than theirs.
There’s no way that piles of BC’s or pre-numbered BC’s at the hospital could explain this, given what Okubo has stated.

Another problem with what’s on the Factcheck COLB is the “date filed” being different from the Nordykes’ in the first place. Kapiolani delivered their BC’s to the state registrar’s office on Friday. Obama was born on Friday evening after office hours and Nordykes were born on Saturday. All 3 certificates should have been delivered to the HDOH on the same day - the following Friday, Aug 11th, as the Nordyke BC’s say. If Obama was born at Kapiolani his BC would have been delivered on that date. When they forged the Factcheck COLB they screwed up in several ways.

Jack Ryan denied the allegations when they were made in 2000, when the couple was engaged in a bitter child custody battle a year after their divorce.
The papers were released by California Judge Robert Schnider following his decision last week to unseal portions of the Ryans’ divorce file.
Attorneys for the Tribune and WLS-Ch. 7 sought release of the records, but the Ryans had fought disclosure because they said it could harm their son. The Ryans decided not to appeal Schnider’s ruling.

At one point I told Okubo that it would be very good for her to cooperate with law enforcement before it went any further.
I initially thought that Okubo and Co. were just trying to do their jobs and were blackmailed. I’m not so sure any more. The evidence I’ve got suggests that somebody there may have been doing an inside job from the very beginning. We’ll see if that pans out. I can tell you for sure that they and the OIP are circling the wagons at this point.
