As I write, I have my papers on me and not just because I'm in Arizona. I'm an immigrant, and it is a condition of my admission to this great land that I carry documentary proof of my residency status with me at all times and be prepared to produce it to law enforcement officials, whether on a business trip to Tucson or taking a stroll in the woods back at my pad in New Hampshire.
Who would impose such an outrageous Nazi fascist discriminatory law?

Now, 40 years later, the basically IS no farmworkers' union. There are less farmworkers under contract now than there were in 1970. And those who facilitated the breaking of the Union are the those who opened to floodgates to cheap illegal immigrant labor: the foreign rent-a-slave system.
This was done by Democrats AND Republicans; and, while we're at it, by capitalists AND communists.
Under Mexican law, illegal immigration is a felony. The General Law on Population says,
* A penalty of up to two years in prison and a fine of three hundred to five thousand pesos will be imposed on the foreigner who enters the country illegally. (Article 123)
* Foreigners with legal immigration problems may be deported from Mexico instead of being imprisoned. (Article 125)
Mexicans who help illegal aliens enter the country are themselves considered criminals under the law:
* A Mexican who marries a foreigner with the sole objective of helping the foreigner live in the country is subject to up to five years in prison. (Article 127)
* Shipping and airline companies that bring undocumented foreigners into Mexico will be fined. (Article 132)
All of the above runs contrary to what Mexican leaders are demanding of the United States. The contrast between Mexicos immigration practices versus its American immigration preachings is stark.
Lets call Mexicos bluff on its unwarranted interference in U.S. immigration policy. Lets propose, just to make a point, that the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) member nations standardize their immigration laws by using Mexicos own law as a model.
I think his math is correct.
“I dont know about anyone else , but me and approx 20+ friends are going to turn out along the local highway with U.S. Flags tomorrow , in support of the Great State of Arizona “
Thank you!
“In the days to come MILLIONS of Americans should do this .”
Absolutely!

Why only sometimes? The went all Che on us before the one was sworn in.
Well said. The Arizona situation and the total lack of reality from the left about what the law actually means is dismaying. Unfortunately the left is relatively immune to reason based arguments because the left is about morality and conscience, not reason. In fact, that is what the left is — moral passion disconnected from reason (and humility).
well we did it and it was grand ! 100’s of positive honks and only a few middle fingers .
Finally at the end one brave Mexican lad stopped and asked us “what was this all about!?” Once he recognized that one of our number was a PD officer , off duty, who had pulled him over a few times , he got real polite . One of our number is a latina whose family have long been US legal residents and she cut thru all the lads bulloney in fluent Spanish and the fellow left some what chastened and more enlightened .
As for the rest of our community , the 1000+ drivers by ;
the pro-amnesty hispanics that had been standing around on the roadside in the morning were answered . Theirs is not the only voice , and apparently we were the ones that got all the honks and cheers
Thank you, Leo!
139,000,000,000 / 40,000,000,000,000 = 0.003475
To make that percentage (1.00 = 100%) you have to multiply that result by 100.
0.003475 x 100 = 0.3475 or 0.3475%.
