ASHEVILLE, N.C. (AP) -- An armed man spotted at a North Carolina airport parking lot just after Air Force One departed Sunday told an officer he wanted to see the president and had a car equipped with police gear, including a siren and flashing lights, authorities said.
Joseph Sean McVey, 23, of Coshocton, Ohio, is charged with going armed in terror of the public, a misdemeanor, said Asheville Regional Airport Police Capt. Kevan Smith.

McVey?
Yee haw, sounds like a nut.
I’m always glad to see the secret service doing their job. The last damn thing we need is for Obama to be a martyr.
I can just see Biden for the next two years and Michelle running in 2012 to take his place.
McVey ???
Like McVeigh ???
He looks like his relative!
Exactly. The thug in our White House needs to be removed, but it needs to be done through lawful means. The voters have to see socialism as evil and a failure or they’ll make the same mistake again, possibly with a more capable socialist the next time.
That in itself should be sufficient reason for arrest.
That Ashville was on vacation again?
Truly weird. The first time I saw this story, I saw that name, I immediately thought of a bunch of crazy McVeys around here. (Coshocton) Looks like he’s one of ‘em.
He had Math?....
Figures...
Hey, if these moronic agents have some spare time i can point out thousands of illegal aliens standing around in Phoenix ‘terrorizing the public’!

What I am reading is that this was handled by local - not the SS

Tim McVeigh wasn’t alone.
Americans will eventually understand that the US Government lies to them routinely, we have no press to keep them honest.
OMG...could you even imagine?
All food, all the time. The first food presidency.
A car with flashing lights and a siren driven by a nut, I suppose the Secret Service had a hard time spotting this guy.
Oh my. A hardened criminal.
Yeah, “figures”, they saw the ‘X’ and read “multiplication”.
He looks to me like what cops refer to as a “buff,” that is, somebody who’s a wanna-be cop. I bet we’ll find that he has tried and failed to join a police force somewhere in his area (probably failed the psychological part)..
