The press is still trying to pretend that Barry’s good friend and partner from the Woods Fund was not a Domestic Terrorist. By no stretch of the imagination can Ayer’s group be considered anything but a terrorist organization. That was the whole point of the Weather Underground. The only reason that this a-hole is not sitting in a Federal jail is that his wealthy, politically connected father purchased his freedom.

There’s no statute of limitations on murder. Seems to me that Bill could be convicted as an accessary in the murder of the police officer in California who was on the receiving end of one of Bill’s non-terrorist bombs. I’m sure there are countless other murders he could be connected to. Bill’s M.O. seemed to be that he would encourage the more gullible members of his terrorist group to do the dirty work for him.
