"It is a vital national security interest of the United States to reduce these conflicts because whether we like it or not, we remain a dominant military superpower, and when conflicts break out, one way or another we get pulled into them," Obama said. "And that ends up costing us significantly in terms of both blood and treasure."
"That's one of the more incredible statements I've ever heard a president of the United States make in modern times," McCain, a Vietnam veteran and former prisoner of war, told Fox News.

"...one way or another,.."
As if we have no business being involved in certain conflicts. I guess having the arduous perspective of driving little old ladies around Chicago neighborhoods to vote, doesn't really prepare one to develop a world view. It is what it is.
I guess he doesn’t “like” it.
I’m sick of Fox News pimping for McCain.
“dominant military superpower?”
Not for long.
When will this insufferable idiot be gone?.....
Stupid people make stupid statements.
Not soon enough...
Mr. President, if we are a dominant military super power, then show some respect and dignity, and stop bowing to these little piss-ant leaders, and stop acting like some cell block bitch trying to get favors and keep everyone happy. Be a leader or get the hell out of the way, you melon-headed moron!
Plagiarizing me:
An historically and irrefutably strong America bought and paid for, in blood, Os right to stand up there in front of a camera and spew the most gratuitously insolent and preposterously maladroit statements that ever came out of a Presidents mouth!!!!!!!!!!!!
Heres the clincher think he knows it????
Not interested in criticism of this president from McCain. After all, he gave us this in October 2008.
I want to be president of the United States, and I don't want Obama to be, he said. But I have to tell you, I have to tell you, he is a decent person, and a person that you do not have to be scared as President of the United States.
McCain's response was met with more boos from the crowd.....and rightfully so. Just go away, John.
And we have a socialist president whether we like it our not.
“It is a vital national security interest of the United States to reduce these conflicts because whether we like it or not, I, Obummer the Great, remain a submissive pusillanimous paltroon anti-military punypunk, and when beer summit conflicts break out, one way or another I get pulled into them,” Obama said. “And that ends up costing me significantly in terms of both beer and pretzels.”
Yep, he can’t talk without a prompter telling him what to say. Michelle once said that there marriage was on the edge of divorce. I can see why.
LMBO!!!
“Im sick of Fox News pimping for McCain.”
They are trying to re-cast McCain as a conservative leader. That’s one of the ways to avoid Democrat losses in November. Dredge up tired old liberals like McCain, and put them in a leadership role.
